loved how the customers treated me as soon as i walked in the store. Found out they run off of ATT service that is deff a plus I get to pay my phone bill at a low price and still have great service, how awesome is that! Gave me a great deal on my new phone and had me out of the store within 10 mins! Great fast service! I recommend this store to anyone who is looking to switch over for cheaper and better service.

The WORST SERVICE EVER! I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM FOR 5DAYS NOW AND IM COUNTING DOWN MY 30DAYS SO I CAN SWITCH CARRIERS. THE IN STORE SERVICE WAS RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. THE SERVICE IS HORRIBLE. I CANT EVEN GET IN TOYCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE OR "MY CRICKET APP" ! SIMPLY A MESS! DONT DO IT.

Came in to this store and switched over five lines from T-Mobile. The people in the store were super friendly and kind. Overall the customer service was awesome and they switched everything over fast and easy. I recommend this store to whoever is looking to get Cricket service!!!! A+!!!!

The fact that this company has low monthly plans with no taxs at all is great.I only pay 50 flat a month. What i love even more is that If i dont have the full amount to pay my bill I can put down half and pay off the rest in 7 days! tell me what other company does that. :-)
