I will NEVER shop this store again! I went in today and there were 2 people working. One was helping a customer and the other was working at a computer. I took my place in line certain that whoever finished first would ask if they could help me. A couple walked in behind me and the computer guy, who looked up at me when I walked in, finished what he was doing and walked towards me only to walk right past me and greet the couple behind me! Like I was invisible all of a sudden! I turned and walked out! Poor customer service looses bucks, gentlemen!

Liars and Dishonest people do not trust them. We bought two phones with monthly payment plan later we find out it was lease program it was not buy phone plan. we have to return phones after 20 payments. They did not mention at all when we bought it.

Awesome customer service. Guys really try and help you unlike "other" stores in the lehigh valley. Anyone who states overwise, must have some kind of complex because they must not understand what real customer service is.
