On 7/19 I showed up around 3pm and the doors were locked. I came back at 4pm and the lady was in a clearly bad mood. She didnt want to help, was not polite and I walked away right after she made a rude face and rolled her eyes at me. I wouldnt waste my time here, I suggest everyone to go to the MetroPCS in Easton center, the young guy and the two young ladies that work there are very helpful and courteous!
