Dont advise this guy. I spent almost $300 dollars on fixing my iPhone 5c & my husbands Galaxy s5. He put a "tempered glass" protectant on my phone shattered just from me putting my case on literally 5 seconds after walking out on the mall. My screen is cheap and barely put in the phone properly BUT THIS IS THE DEAL BREAKER my husband just got his phone plan going yesterday, he used the phone for ONE hour for music and theres is literally 20 of the same screen on one screen and it glitches and shakes so bad he cant even put his password in!!!!!! Wtf! Not to mention, after we paid him.. All was fine, but he made us right a good review for him on his Google account so the review you see from me below is false!!!! I thought that was pretty ballsy!!! Save yourself the money even tho its cheap. Give it to someone who actually cares about your product, and takes their time to fix it and make you happy. This guy is just looking for a quick buck for his cheap over sea fake phone parts hes fixing everyones phones with.

I left my iphone in my pocket while fishing and thought it was dead for good since this was the second time it fully submerged in water. Only this time it didnt start, charge or show any sign of life. I tried the rice trick thinking it would dry up and work but no luck. I remembered seeing ITech a few times from going to Footlocker and took it there to get it check. I explained what happened and also got a quote on the screen as I had a few cracks. I got my phone back in an hour fully working and havent had a glitch since. Thanks for saving me from buying a new phone man (sorry forgot your name).

Had my iPhone 5s charger port replaced yesterday. I was in and out in under 1 hour. The guy who works here is great... I forget his name, but hes part owner. Not just a minimum wage grunt working on your phone. He actually does the work right in front of you, at the front counter. He didnt disappear with my phone, no funny business. He also suggested replacing the battery because it was starting to expand, he cut me a discount for replacing the battery since the phone was already apart for the charging port. Highly recommend!

Great experience! Second time I broke me screen. Insurance wanted to charge me $225. Happened across Itech heading to idropped in the stroud mall. Best price I found! They also threw in a screen protector. Customer service was great. They werent just about making money, looking out for my best interest. The repair was very quick, faster then all other quotes I got. Hopefully, I dont break my screen again, but if I did I was definitely go here again.

Brought my girlfriends phone because the screen had died he tried to fix it and completely broke the phone. Wont even turn on now. I would never go back there. Go find someone else to fix your phone.
