Unsatisfied customer since January 2015. We signed a contract during a supposed promotional period. Our first bill came up over $100 higher than what we were quoted. When we went back to the store to correct this, the person who signed us up with our contract had been terminated. The associate who supposedly fixed our bill was also terminated by the time the next incorrect bill came in. It took this place 11 months to apply my 15% discount that Im eligible for, costing my family hundreds of dollars, in addition to the countless hours spent on the phone talking about the same problems every month and store visits attempting to correct these problems. When they finally acknowledged their error, we recorded the phone call of a supervisor in billing at AT&T, and had emails and text messages sent to us of what our bill was supposed to be. When we entered the store with this documentation they refused to honor the rates promised to us in writing. They still refuse to this day to refund me my 15% extra that I had been paying for all that time. My wifes phone insurance was turned off without my authorization during one of my visits to correct my bill, when she filed an insurance claim, AT&T at first told us that they could not possibly replace her iphone 6 with an iphone 6 because according to their records, she had recently "upgraded" her iPhone 6 to an iPhone 5. After much deliberation, they admitted that we had actually bought the iPhone 6 at their store at the time of our contract signing and never used her upgrade to switch to an older model of the phone. In addition to this, their canceling the insurance on her phone caused the insurance company to only see 2 1/2 months of insurance history as opposed to almost a year and a half, costing us $100 extra on our deductible to repair her screen. AT&T has since acknowledged this error by their staff and made a note to the insurance company that it was their error, but the insurance company insists that they only see that we have been insured since the time after AT&T reinstated our insurance. Neither at&t nor the insurance company will accept financial responsibility of the $100 credit I should be eligible for with my over a year of insurance payments. In the end, I had to cut my data plan in half from 30gb to 15gb a month to lower my bill, and with my 15% discount now applied I am paying about $20 more than my original January 2015 quote that did not factor my discount. Lets give a round of applause to the master illusionists at At&t.

It would seem they run this store very lean. Ive been to this store several times due to its geographical convenience, and every time I have gone it has been severely understaffed, resulting in atrociously long wait times (30+ min). Also, it would seem that they do not practice good inventory control; whatever you need, they dont seem to have it in stock, (but it will be there Wednesday!). The staff and management are night and day pending on the shift, some are borderline professional, others are lackluster at best. Be prepared to have every trick and "deal" in the book thrown at you, they seem to be all about making the quick buck here. Do yourself a favor, and go out of your way not to deal with the store. It might end up costing you a bit more in gas, but it will save you incredible amounts of frustration.

This was a certain Top 10 worst customer service experience of my life. After learning that the store was unable to compete with Verizon and could offer, I was told by the store manager that I would need to call the retention department, which was true. Perhaps he might have been able to help, but after I asked if there was anything he could do to earn my business and he said no. The kicker was the customer rep told us "let me show you to the door" and then escorted us out the door!!

Shopping alone with kids can be exhausting, but our salesperson was patient and entertained both of my children while helping me get through the process of getting a new phone and transferring everything from my old phone. The only negative thing I can say is that they would not allow my 2-yr old to use their restroom even though we had to be there a very long time.

Buying a phone through the carrier has become like buying a used car. No matter what you get, you feel like you are being ripped off. To make matters worse, I was more knowledgeable than the staff on the iPhone 7 and their service offering. The staff at the Costco phone kiosk was much more helpful.

Came in to switch out a sim card before I had to be at a dinner meeting. Have been waiting for thirty minutes to do something that would take all of 2 minutes. Way too concerned with up-selling their new customers rather than servicing the ones they already have. Will be shopping else where.

I worked with Louis and he was the best. HE went over and above to make sure that I was taken care of. I had to switch my wifes and my cell carrier and after soending hours on the phone getting no where he was able to help me w/o any problem. Great customer Service!!!!!

Best AT&T Staff youll ever meet. Kind helpful approachable ppl. Theyll be honest in terms of expectations vs. reality- meaning that theyll give you all information as possible to help u make right decision. Give you discounts on accessories is a plus at this location.

I walked right into the store and was helped right away. After dealing with customer service on the phone, the sales rep Al came to my rescue. He took care of everything for me and set everything straight. I will come back to this store just for that reason.
