If you want to experience TRUE customer satisfaction and want to "feel" valued as a customer, then you need to go to the GovWireless Verizon store in Plymouth Meeting, PA. I have been a Go Wireless customer since they moved to this location. The service has ALWAYS been outstanding, but on this day the Team at "this" store exceeded my expectations. I went in with a problem that occurred over a 1 1/2 years prior to my visit and wasnt sure that they would be able to handle issues. I first met with Brandon, the service representative who was so professional and showed genuine concern. He did EVERYTHING in his power to get my situation resolved unfortunately my issues were beyond the scope of his authority. He then directed me to his store manager, Gary who reaffirmed that Brandon had handled everything properly. He offered to send it on to corporate but could not definitively tell me who to speak with, or when I could expect to receive a resolution, if at all. Then.....the "Dream Team" entered the store.I had been in the store now for about 2 hours, so I offered my seat at the counter to a nicely casually dressed gentleman that came in. He declined and insisted I keep my seat. I said "I think I am going to be here for a while and I dont want to hold you up". I then jokingly said to him "unless you can help me." I said " I am so tired of people telling me what they "cant" do for me, I just want someone who "will" actually help me". We laughed and he placed his hand on my shoulder and again insisted that I keep my seat. I then took one of the comfortable chairs in the waiting area. When I turned back around the gentleman was gone. I overheard that the store was expecting some of their executives in for a meeting, so I decided to wait to see if I would be able to speak to one of them. Five minutes later another gentleman in a suit came in. I said "can "you" help me?" He said Im not sure, but I will try. He excused himself and said he would be right back and he disappeared into a private door in the back of the store. I learned that the second gentleman was Mr. Bryan Spieth, Director of Sales who had now come back to the front of the store and began working feverishly on the computer. Right after that the first gentleman I offered my seat to re-appeared from the back. He walked over to me and said "we are going to get you the help you need, TODAY". The first gentleman then sat down next to me and we began to chit chat. Unbeknownst to me, he was Mr. David Hamula - Regional Vice President - Northeast. He was the top executive that they were waiting on! Then.... they called in the last person of this AMAZING team, Mr. Brandon Daigle, District Sales Manager. While in the back they had all discussed my situation. Mr. Spieth came out and all the computer work he begun to execute was on my behalf!! By the time they finished, 7 hours in total, (by tag team), I had NEVER in my entire life received such service and TOTALLY satisfying results. They went BEYOND the call. They left "no stone un-turned" to resolve an issue that was a year and a half old! They delayed their meeting to ensure that a friendly lady who over the years entrusted them and their service for her and her family, was COMPLETELY satisfied. Impressively, they used the expertise of EVERY member of their team in order to accomplish their goal.....COMPLETE CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Their titles seemingly didnt matter, their meeting didnt matter, all that mattered on that day was that I received the results and service that I did not even know was possible after such a long period of time. So if you are looking for a place to receive expert, knowledgeable, CARING, professional phone equipment and services. This GoWireless Verizon Retailer should be your FIRST choice! Tell them Lori Scott sent you! You will NOT be disappointed. Imagine in these days and times, a company who stands behind their service and commitment to its customers even in extreme situations. I have frequented this location several times because it is close to my home. But I must say that my recent experience in the newly renovated store was wonderful. I went in for a phone upgrade and Keith Cohen provided me with EXCELLENT customer service. He was very patient answering my questions and suggesting ways I could save money on my current plan and with accessories. Keith’s personality was so delightful that it made the process fun. He even purchased a bottle of water for me when my data transfer took a little longer than anticipated. From start to finish, he kept me in the loop regarding when my purchase would arrive in-store and followed-up today to see if I had any questions or concerns regarding my new investment. I thank all the staff for their professionalism while I was in the store, but especially to Keith for going out of his way to keep me informed and entertained. This was one of my best customer service experiences ever! Kudos Keith!

Very happy with the service I received at this store. The employee who helped me, Keith Cohen, was incredibly helpful in finding the exact phone I wanted even though it was hard to find. He made sure it was brought to the store from another location almost immediately. I was very pleased with his intent on customer satisfaction and happiness, and he was not pushy about getting me to spend more money...Keith was above and beyond, and very friendly to boot. Also, Tiani was helpful throughout my time in the store. My only complaint lies in the current management, the manager does not know how to treat employees correctly and was counter-productive. All in all, I will go back to this store for help from Keith.

We went to this store tonight to get information on a new phone. We couldnt have had a better experience. Emily waited on us and spent two hours teaching us the new phone and taking care of everything that needed to be taken care of to switch to Verizon. We were in the store over an hour after closing and she was patient and kind and shes an amazing employee. This is the best Verizon store Ive ever been in because of the amazing customer service that we received from Emily

I Just left Verizon wireless Plymouth Meeting. Jen was Amazing. I am in customer service and expect good service myself, on a scale of one to ten, I would give her a ten!!! She was professional, very knowledgeable and efficient !!! I would definitely recommend all my friends there! Thank you Verizon for having a great staff to make buying a phone a pleasant experience! I live 30 minutes away and will only come deal with Tyler from now on because every other store couldnt resolve a simple issue and he got it done. If Im a Verizon customer I should be able to go to ANY store and fix my problem, not a half hour away. Very frustrated with Verizon but very happy with my service at this store.
