Zero stars if possible - the employees and managers are liars and theifs! Without going into the LONG story of how I got screwed out of $500+, the assistant manager plain and simply lied to be about the viability of my phone and told me I HAD to buy a new phone because my old phone wasnt making/receiving phone calls. After $100 in franchise fees and a charge for a phone case I specifically told her I didnt want, I went home only for my new phone to not make/receive phone calls and my old phone working fine. I went back to see what happened and to get my old phone back on the account and new one off and she told me that no matter what she did the old phone cant be put back on the plan. So now Im stuck with a shittier phone and a ton of fees I never wanted. After my phone bill doubled when the employee told me it would go back to normal after 1 month I tried calling and the phone number is non-working number. Ive reached out to the corporate offices and theyve confirmed that a lot of what was said to me was a lie and have tried to help me as best they can (the corporate locations have been really helpful), but because a lot of these fees are added by the franchise itself theres only so much they can do. So Im stuck sending letters to the office that covers all the franchises because even the corporate office doesnt have working info for these scammers. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Just go to a corporate store, even if its further away.

I write to tell you how wonderful your salesman, Diamond was at the Verizon Store in Manayunk. My old phone was not working correctly and he helped me to get a new phone and spent extra time showing me how to use my new phone. I love my new phone and I thank Diamond for his help. He is not aware that I am writing this review. I am a Catholic Priest and I need my phone every day. I thank God , Diamond was working on this day when I truly needed a new phone. Father Robert T. My phone malfunctioned and I was told that I could get a loaner phone from this store. The customer service agent confirmed with his manager that I could get the loaner phone, but when I arrived at the store I was told the phone was no longer available. This caused me to waste an hour of my time for no reason. Bad customer service.

I was having some trouble with my iPhone 5c using it for 3 years and was paying hell lot of money on my bill the rep. name Madhur helped me get my plan straightern up and ended up saving 30$ monthly on my bill. If you have Verizon and want to get some professional advise about which phone you should get visit this location.
