I tend to avoid authorized retailers and go to a regular verizon store instead due to bad past experiences. I couldnt find one today so decided to try again. I was helped by Dan Walker and had a really great experience! I came in with an issue with my phone not allowing me to use the internet/ maps while talking on the phone and he was able to fix that for me & tested to make sure it worked. He also looked into helping me get a better price on my phone plan and find a way to help me avoid data overages. Dan was extremely helpful. He went over all my options with me, was patient, took the time to answer all my questions and really provided me with a very positive experience. I highly recommend Dan to anyone who comes into the store for help- you wont be disappointed! I will be back and no longer have reservations about going into an authorized retailer (at least not this one!).

I recently stopped into this Cellular Sales location while upgrading my (76 yr old) father in law from a traditional flip phone to his first smartphone. We had the great pleasure of meeting Ray Albright. Ray was kind and understanding with us. He walked us through creating a new Google account for him with a username and password that he would remember. He also switched over all of the contacts to the new phone and proceeded to give him a great beginner course on how to navigate the phone, make phone calls, send texts, and even download apps. Ray really made it a point to make him feel comfortable through a situation that he was very uneasy about. He was a true gentleman and I recommend him to anyone. Please stop by and see him for a really great experience.

My experience here at this store was excellent and my experience with the salesman Ray has been my best experience with Verizon and any cellphone service so far. From start to finish Ray was extremely helpful in explaining each product and how services worked, and now I have a phone that Im very happy with. My wife was in there before as well with our baby while getting a new phone, she told me that he was very good with our baby and he even took care of making sure all of my her pictures got transfered while she had to take our baby out to her car. This was very impressive. He is who I will continue to go to for all my cellular needs in this store. Great experience!!!

Dalissa was very informative and helpful when I was deciding on which phone to get, she sat down with me and compared each phones with pros/cons. She was also very helpful and took her time explaining the how different plans work. Ive been to other Verizon stores where I would have to wait a long time to be seen, but here I had no wait and everyone was super friendly and helpful. I Definitely would recommend this Verizon store to a friends/family

My wife stopped her for a 4G LTE wireless router and Craig Blondin told her she couldnt use it, that she needed a jet pack. I called the store a half hour later and complained that they lied to her and gave her something she didnt want, and was informed they were out of the router. So the store have her whatever they had in stock instead of what she wanted! Mini have to make another trip to a different verizon store! Will not be going back here!

My first impression was a pleasant surprise nice music not offensive in any way the staff looked professional, polite, friendly,and John was helpful and very very patient with me making it very clear for me to use my phone more efficiently He is an asset to Verizon please let him know I am a satisfied customer I was most impressed with John walking his female customer to the front door and holding the door REAL GENTLEMAN

My wife and I just moved back to PA from Idaho and needed to change our cell phone carrier. We chose Verizon since we already have Verizon phone and internet. The sales rep, Dalissa, was awesome! She explained all our options and helped us pick a plan that works for us and saved us money. She took our old phones in trade and hooked us up with some sweet new ones. Thanks Dalissa!! I came into the store to switch over to Verizon from Metro PCS to see what my options were. I spoke with the salesman Joe Chiaverini who was extremely patient with all my questions I had and he was able to get me on a plan which was perfect for what I needed to do. Very knowledgable of his profession and I would highly recommend his services if going to that store.

Not only did he show me that he cared, he went above and beyond the call of duty for any customer service employee. The worst customer service experience Ive had in my life! They con you into their "worry-free" warranty program which covers NOTHING. When I tried to make a claim they said "Pay it or get out". I asked for they "customer service" reps name and the name of the manager they said "You dont need our names. Get the Hell out of my store".

Very pleased with the help Raymond gave me today. Was ready to throw phone out the window after android update. Update screwed my phone to the point I couldnt use it. Raymond spent a lot of time going over my phone and teaching me things I didnt know about my phonr. Leaving a very happy Version customer thanks to Raymond.
