BUYER BEWARE!!!! All I can say is if your going to switch to Metro go to a corporate store. We went into this Metro store in November 2016 and spent $185.00 and couldnt tell you what I was charged for because he text me a receipt that wasnt even from that store and had no breakdown of cost??? I was promised A LOT and in the end received JUNK!!! Once you go to a Authorized Dealer you cant go to a Corporate Metro and get any HELP!!! You have to go back to the SHADY METRO authorized dealer and hear how the placed has changed hands numerous times?? NOT MY PROBLEM YOU WOULD THINK BUT, IT BECAME MY PROBLEM!!! I had to cancel my credit card and didnt receive the phone I wanted!!! They had no bags, receipts and products sold in the store where not AUTHORIZED METRO PRODUCTS but, junk from online or dollar store quality!!! GOOD LUCK!!! Again BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought my phone from there yesterday switched from sprint, the guy there definitely has the best customer service, and they have the best prices. I highly recommend switching to these guys. I easily save $80 every month with my new cheap bill and still have unlimited everything.
