update: i stopped in to pay my bill and buy a phone. there were two employees bother helping customers for fifteen minutes, meanwhile a woman had come in waited a few minutes and left after mumbling some profanities. one of the employees (after fifteen minutes) looked over and told me and the other customer that it would be another fifteen to twentyminutes. the ony bright side is that I found the phone I was going to buy on amazon with a screen protector and case, that was still cheaper than just the phone at the store. to this store today to purchase a new phone today. There were two associates working, and both were helping customers. I waited a short while and a manager walked out from the back of the store. he walked by me while I was waiting in line and spoke to the associate, and she told him I waiting for a phone. he said he would bring it right out, and never came back... so I waited and waited and waited some more. Then the other associate finished with his customer and I told him I was waiting for the guy In the back to bring me my phone. He was going to help another customer and I stopped him and asked him to get me my phone and that I didnt want to wait anymore. So he went to go get the phone. I asked why I had to wait and I was told he was the manager and that he was doing something else...WHAT!?!? something else? like not help the people that make his store profitabe... like waste customers time? unbelievable. if you like to be treated badly from the top down this is the place for you... on a side note the customer care associate was super helpful and realy pleasnt.

There is never enough people working here they are always overcrowded they do not have a payment machine the minimum wait time is usually 30 minutes to 1 hour before you are seen. I would avoid this store at all costs waste of time and money because time is money. Satchell was the guy on the phone who wasnt friendly or courteous. 5pm 11/22/16

This location on 69th street has too many customers and not enough workers. Be prepared to wait a long time, no matter what time you get there.If you have time to waste, ok but if not and you have a car go somewhere else.
