Today was my second encounter with PRP and Ive come to the conclusion that if youre not satisfied with the service there, you may be the problem. The first time I went I had taken my Galaxy S4 under water by accident. I dealt with Matt. Spent a ton of time on the phone. Changed both cameras out, did a diagnostic and then was honest and told me I should just get a new phone. I asked them what the charge was. We will say what they charged me and what I thought they should have charged me was way different ... for the cheaper. For months, my computer has operated like it is dying and or dead. Rory cleaned it up and took the water destroyed S4 and got my old pictures off of it. Again, the price was less than what it would have cost the idiots at Geek Squad to even look at my computer and oh by the way, I got it back on the same day. Last night I couldnt get on the internet. I brought the computer home and it booted up in 10 seconds. Ridiculous! These guys are excellent. I have sent at least 40 or 50 of my clients there and not once heard a bad word from them either.

I have the absolute work luck with my iPhones, but thank god I had good luck with finding this store! The two guys that helped me, Larry and Matt, were absolutely wonderful. I googled where to fix black screen on iPhone and they were the very first one that came up. I got the number, called, and asked a few questions. They said to bring it my phone, so I did. The took a look at it right then while I waited in the store. My phone wouldnt charge at all, the screen wouldnt even turn on, and my phone screen was cracked. I was debating on buying a new phone but that is so much money. I also wanted all my information out of this phone, so I decided to give this shop a try! I am so happy that I did because now my phone is fixed. The problems were the LCD, Battery, Charging Port, and the cracked screen. They fixed it all and for such a reasonable price! Its been almost two weeks and everything still is great! They even give a 60 day warranty. It was so worth it and I highly suggest going to them!! Great people, great service, and great prices.. what more could you want?

I have had both my iPhone 5s and my iPhone 6 Plus repaired here, while the 6 plus cost more, I completely understood and it took the same amount of time (about 20-25 minutes.) Dont be afraid of the location. They run a very old school operation, and if you understand a little bit of attitude for good service, you will be happy that you went here. Also, traded in my 5s, and the AT&T store didnt say anything about voiding the warranty. I have to warn anyone who thinks about using them, Im not sure that they fix the IPhones with *apple* screens, so if you go to the Apple Store to fix a hardware problem (for example, a speaker that no longer works) , the warranty may be voided., and they wont replace the phone for free if they notice that the screen has been replaced by a non apple screen (the Apple Store is actually very understanding about things like this and will replace your phone with no question) . Other than that, this place is amazing. Go there if you want a cheap and quality fix.

Was referred here by a Verizon wireless employee. Had an issue with my tablet not charging. Turned out it was the charging port. Took about an hour and was charged $60. Extremely happy with the speed of service, and the price. Called another place first and was told it would be $89 just to look at tablet and whatever for the part (s). Will recommend this shop. THANKS AGAIN! Today I took my phone in wasnt charging described the problem and fixed it in a couple of minutes. Pulled the cover off and removed the battery and then reinstalled. Even showed me how to remove cover and answered my questions. Best of all no charge for the service. Will bring all of my devices here.

This place is nondescript and easy to miss from the outside, and I almost thought it was an abandoned building. However, once inside, everyone was polite, and they indicated that my problem was very fixable. I had dropped my iPhone and cracked the LCD part of the screen, and the touchscreen had nothing but blue lines. The person at the Apple Store had told me that it cant be fixed and that I need a new phone. However, when I went to Phone Repair Plus, they fixed it while I waited (around 45 minutes) for a reasonable price. They let me watch as the phone was repaired and were very friendly. My phone is back to 100%. I would go to this place again

Today I left this place very upset. Ive had at least 3 iPhone repairs done here over the years so they were the first place I thought to go to after I cracked the screen on my 6s. When I got there I was told 150. So I agreed and waited for the phone to be fixed. While waiting another female came in and was told 114 for the same model phone and crack. I hate to pull the race card but thats the only thing that separated us. I went to my car and cried. I was hurt, but Im a big girl so Ill get past. I want to thank them for the motivation. Ill now be looking into my own store front to repair phones. One where everyone will be treated the same.

I visited the store when my daughter cracked her iphone screen back in March. The service was outstanding, friendly and reasonably priced. We were waiting in the car for the repair to be finished and the repairman came out to the car to let us know he was finished much sooner than expected. The phone works perfectly and looks great! And I didn t have to pay $200.00 and wait a week for sprint to fix it. And that s their price with insurance on the phone! Thank you so much. An extremely positive experience! Mary

Well lets see 2 weeks ago i get the iphone 5s. i decide why would i need a case the phone looks sweet as it is. well i was kicking my self on sunday because it fell out of my hand onto flat concrete. so i gathered my bruised ego and went on google in search of a repair place to perform surgery on my baby. well i found this place and it was only 3 miles from my house. but it gets better i get there and it was fixed while i waited! it took like a total of 30 minutes! i recommennd this place to everyone!

Brought my Samsung Galaxy S4 for repairs as I had dropped it several times. I didnt realize that I damaged the Mother Board and it could not be fixed. They hooked me up with a refurbished one and I am extremely happy with it. They also repaired a laptop for me. This company has very reasonable prices along with FANTASTIC Customer Service. I have started to tell all my friends to go there for repairs as they are very reliable.
