F**KING LOUSY ASS SERVICE. AND THEY DO RIP YOU OFF. I RECOMMEND NO ONE BUY FROM HERE. THEY DONT EVEN ANSWER THERE MF Phone. They need to FIRE the Sales person NICOLE SANTANA FOUR EYED Hispanic B**TCH WHO RIPPED ME OFF WITH A ZTE phone i was supposed to get 8gb on the phone spent $46.79 and it only came with 3gb I came to replace it with the same brand and she wouldnt replace it wouldnt even answer my question about a problem with the features on the phone just told me to call customer service!!! She needs to be FIRED No class or customer service whatsoever!!!!

I purchased my first metro phone from this store in November 2016. Ive had a couple of issues with the phone and this staff was absolutely no help! the staff is a bunch of young unknowledgeable kids that really dont care about your phone issues! I have insurance on my phone and I paid the deductible to get the replacement. I came back to the store a few times within approximately 2 months and the phone never came in! save your time and money and go to the corporate MetroPCS store at the bottom of 69th Street across the street from the 69th Street Terminal.
