What a bad service of this store i was there today around 5pm and i was there almost for 1 hour nobody ask me how can they help me i ask a lady i m here from long time can anybody help me she said someone help u in few minutes after that i was waiting but nobody help me people just going in front of me but nobody ask me nothing then i left from store...i was soo disappointed i never see service like this they dont care about their customers i will never go to this store nomore and Ill try to change my service to tmobile soon and Ill tell all my friends to change to tmobile and i have 7 lines from atnt for my family Ill change soon....

Service can be really slow. Personally were unable to be helped with certain issues due to an LG V10 phone that could no longer be serviced but was still being paid off on our ATT bill
