This is my first time ever coming into this location and I was helped by an associate named Pedro and he was absolutely phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all my questions and I did not feel like I was being pressured into buying anything at all! From the moment I entered the store I was greeted immediately by him and he made sure that I was satisfied before I left. I truly feel like this particular associate will help make a difference in the wireless industry because a lot of people I have encountered just try to sell me something and Pedro was very refreshing and extremely nice. Because of my wonderful experience I will be returning every time necessary and only be going to him. Job well done Pedro!

I have been to this particular Verizon Store, and every time that I have gone, with many questions, they have been incredibly helpful, professional, and kind! Additionally, the store is fully stocked, with accessories for the iPhone 6S Plus, unlike the Verizon Store at Northampton Crossings! And, prepare yourself, as the two gentlemen that work at the Verizon Store at Northampton Crossings, think that they are a bunch of comediennes at your expense! (There is a very professional and helpful woman, I believe her name is Cheyenne (sp.?), whom was great, however, she was not there the last time that I was at that particular store!) The Verizon Store in Forks Twp. Is definitely the place to go!

After having a couple issues dealing with the customer service department for 2 hours over the phone we decided to go to the Verizon store. We dealt with Amanda and Pedro who were absolutely amazing. They put us at ease instantly. Amanda took care of the issue immediately, saved us $20 a month, and I received an early upgrade! I have been a Verizon customer for 20 years and this was by far the best experience EVER. They are knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly, they care about their customers.
