I have used iDropped twice and both times the service was excellent and affordable. Last Friday, I dropped my iPhone 6Plus, drove right over and my phone was fixed in less than 15 minutes. Yesterday, I took my daughters iPad mini over due to a cracked screen from months ago. It was good as new today upon pickup. In reference to the prices, I was pleasantly surprised compared to Apple and other phone/electronic repair locations The owner is very helpful and goes out of his way to provide excellent customer service. The store also has quality phone cases, chargers and various other supplies. This is great bc most of the chargers that that retail stores on Ridge sell break very quickly. Great store and great experience!

I had an issue with a previous fix that happened in the height of Xmas shopping season, December 23!! The screen was an incorrect fix and I suffered 3 months with it, until I could get back to PA. The Vice President of company was thoroughly generous with customer service and I just had to wait until I could travel thru PA again as I heavily need my phone due to work and could not ship it in. VP, due to my schedule, and went above and beyond to send out a technician (a store manager) Uber 35 min to my location to fix the screen. Amazing! Works just as it should. Thank you Craig for coming to my rescue in the freezing rain and thanks a million times over to Timothy Katsch.

So I needed my phone fixed after dropping it one to many times and I definitely went to the right place. It didnt take long for Craig to take off my broken screen and replace it with a new one. He also explained to me that since the lcd was not damaged, I only needed to replace the cracked outs part and not the whole display. I also bought a phone case there so I can save myself some money incase I drop it again. I would absolutely recommend this place and Craig definitely knows what he is doing.

My iPhone 5c battery was dying 10 minutes into a full charge. I heard about IDropped from a friend so I came in on a Sunday afternoon and met a smiling Craig who took great care of me! He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and let me watch as he replaced the battery. I would highly recommend this store to anybody who has dropped a phone or needs a battery replacement. It was fast and convenient and priced right! (Way cheaper than buying a whole new iPhone!) ❤❤❤❤

I took my youngest daughters ipad, which was completely shattered to the point it was unusable. The guys at idropped in Roxborough were professional and knew exactly what they were talking about. They fixed my daughter iPad within the time they promised and we havent had a single problem and they were relatively cheap for a repair service. I would recommend anyone who needs repairs go to them!!!

Look i broke my phone and a friend of mine told me to go see Craig at idropped to get it repair. Craig and the staff was very helpful and quick about fixing my phone, long story short they didnt break pockets and my phone looks good as new. MY iPhone 6 plus screen was completely shattered with pieces missing and the guy fixed it!!!!!!! He made it look like new. Oh yeah and it didnt take long I sat and waited for it and I went to work. Amazing!!!! I didnt have to go through my insurance with my phone company ....which sucks
