Terrible. If I could give it negative stars I would. The place smelled like cigarette smoke. So much so that my I couldnt wait to leave. Then a salesman appears out of the back.. stinking of smoke. I say that I made up my mind already and came for the iPhone 4s and that I am an Apple guy with many Apple products. His first comment to me was to say something negative about Apple and how the iPhone is not covered by some sort of warranty. Way to read your client sales guy. Needless to say, I left and purchased my iPhone at another store. I was very dissapointed because I had read all the great reviews here and try to keep my business in Mantua.. being a local and all.

Stop by once every couple of months and pay my bill in person if it is convenient, the guys are always there to help and are great with customers. They are all really informed about what they do, I asked them several technical questions about a new phone and they knew what they were talking about. Great place to do business.

10 stars. I have been to several stores in the area and i have never be more satisfied. The guys at this store are very helpful. I highly recommend this store to everyone. Not only was i able to upgrade my phone but i also was set up with the wireless internet and home phone that they now offer for $19.99.
