I have been in this store twice to try to pay my phone bill. The first time they had no change for my big bill, I understood so I left to go get change, when i came back they said the system just went down....ughhh ok so I left to come back a different day. I went back the next day to pay my bill as it was due the very next day and once again the system had just went down. Ive never experienced this at any other cricket store Ive ever been in. I dont know if I will be visiting this store again.
