**HORRIBLE TARGET STORY** First off, they were out of stock of my size (L, the most common size) of EVERY TYPE OF BLUE DRESS SHIRTS! I could not get my size. THEN, I settled for white (lame) and got to the check out. The lady infront of me at the checkout, cart full of stuff, started by giving the cashier two toothpastes and asked her to check the price. One was 2.20, one was 2.90. The lady stood there THINKING for about 15 seconds, finally deciding on a toothpaste, thus forcing the cashier to remove the other item from her total. Then, she did the same thing with the NEXT ITEM!!!!! WTF???? SERIOUSLY? So, I walked to a different aisle and she and the cashier laughed about it. Realizing I had less than 10 items, I decided to go to the express aisle. 3 college douchefaces in cliche boat shoes and solid polos sharing 1 cart decided to split their item of 30 items amongst the three of them in the express aisle. So, that too forever, of couse. Meanwhile, the lady from the original aisle was STILL going through her stuff, the people behind her obviously frustrated. Target employees were walking past her, saying "Hi", like they were old buddies, instead of telling her "The cashier is not your personal price-checking concierge. The prices are listed on the aisle, and when were busy like this, we cant have someone holding up the line to save a few cents". So, I finally got through checkout, gave this crappy Target money it didnt deserve, and left. By the time I left, the lady was still checking out. What a horrible, horrible monster. Then on the way out, some people with their baby in their cart tipped their cart going up a curb, almost pouring their INFANT onto the pavement. Thankfully it didnt happen, but close calls are still unacceptable. I will never go back to this Target. ***SCREW THIS TARGET***

First - basic items are frequently not available. They really need to address stocking. I see lots of empty shelves. This applies to medicines as well as other items. For example, today I was looking for liquid NyQuil and miniDV tapes - both not available??? The other issue is parking - why would they build covered parking, but you cannot access the store without walking on uncovered sidewalk to enter the store???!!! Not a good design at all. Customer service - not there. When I asked couple of different employees for assistance, they were not very helpful. Also, lines were too big on all occasions I have been there. By comparison with the two in Exton, PA, this one is almost like a completely different store.

This Target is in a really convenient location, but thats only good thing about this store. They are frequently out of stock on many common items, and a lot of the items that are on the shelves are damaged. The employees are not helpful - I asked for assistance with one of those red phones and requested to speak to an employee, but no one ever picked up on the other line. So I hung up and requested a team member to come meet me at the phone. They say it takes 60 seconds, and I left after 5 minutes when no one showed up. The store is continually understaffed, and there is a 10 minute minimum wait in the check-out lines. I only go here when I absolutely have no other choice (which thankfully isnt that often).

Seriously, I would consider myself a Target snob, and who doesnt like the Targets out in the suburbs where they cater predominately to high socio-economic status Joes? However, I dont know why this place has received such a bad rating, especially if you compare it to your few other options within city limits. This Target is clean, has a decent selection of food. Also, it is much cheaper than some of the surrounding grocery stores. This isnt a Super Target, so dont expect a full blown grocery store that you may see out in the burbs. Nonetheless, it is not too big, not too small and is perfect for stocking my apartment size kitchen (and then some). I recommend it.

A rude and otherwise indifferent staff member quickly jammed a birthday gift and card I purchased here into a bag and damaged both items. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and had to go to the birthday party directly from the store, so I was unable to make a return. I had to give my friend a damaged gift and a crumpled birthday card. Additionally, the store is always filled to the brim, dirty, poorly stocked, and getting around in the parking lot is impossible as the patrons there drive like maniacal zombies. Shop anywhere but here!

Profiling? I will only visit this store if I have to.. there is a security guard at the door and I have had numerous run ins with this individual. I have paid for items in the express line; while the guard has watched me.. and have had the guard ask to see my receipt still. I totally blew this off the first time if happened, but read him the riot act when it happened again. If I wanted to be treated as such, I would visit the Walmart down on Columbus Blvd.. like I said, this particular store is visited only as a last resort.

The fitting rooms are messy and the shopping carts outside the fitting rooms make it so crowded you cant get around. I left my shopping cart with all the stuff I wanted to buy and when I came out it was gone. I said something to the girls who were working there and they had no idea what was up. As i walked away, they started joking about me so I walked out and will not go back to Target again. misha in phila

TERRIBLE customer service. I called ahead of time to check the stock of something specific, they told me they had it, turns out they didnt. I report this to the manager for future reference but she gives me an attitude, claims there is no attitude, and tries to blame it on me and gives bogus explanations like the whole stock may have been sold in a matter of the 20 minutes since I called.

This store is hilarious for the demographic melange that it unintentionally entertains customers with. Homeless people? Check. College kids? Check. Trophy wives? Check. Retirees? Check. Thugs? Check. Youd be hard-pressed to find a more variety-packed mix of customers at any other Target. Unfortunately, the store is a mess, and the crowds make it a freaking zoo. Pass.

I have not had the poor customer service these other people have had. I have had to stop employees to ask for help but every time the response has been polite and helpful. I have made several returns at customer service and also had great help there. I find the target on mifflin to be much messier and with less helpful employees.

Clean parking lot, clean story, FRIENDLY workers, and happy customers in general. This store is 100 times better than the ghetto-a$$ WalMart on Roosevelt Ave. I over heard a worker say to a customer, "Have a nice day" as she directed him to an isle. At WalMart, the workers dont even recognize you.

I love Target in general, but this store has not met my expectations. Im happy with the merchandise for the most part, but the bathrooms are always dirty and the employees use bad language and do not put customer service first. I wish it was a better shopping experience.
