One of my daughters and I had the distinct pleasure of working with Stephen Coachi today. As weve just gotten new phones because of our switch to Verizon, Id tried to transfer both of our sets of contacts, photos, and other info following the "set-up wizard" instructions on the new devices. All did not go well. Frustrated, we headed to the Flourtown Verizon store where Stephen took care of everything. He transferred the information from both of our phones carefully and quite patiently, despite the complications of hundred of photos and my almost obsolete phone. In addition, he took the time to set us up with Google Photos so wed always have access to them. I was extremely grateful for Stephens expertise and the hours he saved me from trying to accomplish this myself. Ill be sending in my husband and two more of our children for his assistance with their new devices. Hes the best!

I was came in excited to pick up my new phone, but to my delight I also received exceptional service at this Verizon store. The rep who helped me (Eric Phy) was respectful, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. The store truly kept up with the small town feel and old school values that weve come to appreciate, in its rarity. I look forward to bringing my friends and family to this store for all of our cellular needs. Also, a personal tidbit: the reps at this store have a great sense of humor, which really helped make this a painless, enjoyable experience. This is my second time here, the first for service, and Eric treated me the same even without the expectation of a sale. These 5 stars were earned.

Brentley was a phenomenal sales rep who showed me each of the smart phone models I was interested in and patiently went through each of the contract options that were available to me as a Verizon customer. He was extremely knowledgeable about each of the products and worked diligently to find the best plan for me. The store was clean and everything was laid out in an easily accessible manner. I would highly recommend this store - and Brentley (when he is available, since this is not his primary office location) - to any Verizon customer!

I recently shattered my phone while traveling for work and Chris was there to make sure I was able to put through an insurance claim as soon as possible. He made the process seamless and was able to get me back up and running with a replacement in no time. He even helped me to apply a screen protector on my broken phone until the replacement came to save my fingers from glass. Highly recommended and the best customer service Ive ever had (coming from someone who is very picky!).

Shevy took care of me today in less than 5 minutes with a problem I had with my phone. All of the Cellular Sales stores and staff have always been wonderful. Especially compared to Verizon corporate stores. I highly recommend all of their stores. I have used this one in Flourtown, the one in Paoli, and the one in Newtown Square. All of the employees at all of the stores are great except John Rosoto... Whos adequate.

My mother-in-law and I had a terrific experience at this Verizon branch. We worked with Chris Kamel and he was great, going above and beyond to ensure that we had the best phones and plans. The professionalism and effectiveness was of the highest order here. Frankly I am used to having terrible experiences with large corporate service providers, but this experience was great. Highly recommend!

After purchasing a new cell phone online, failing to be able to set it up with Setup Wizard, and spending an hour on a phone with Verizon helpline , I still needed 2 clean up the apps on the phone. At this Verizon store , Chevy was extremely helpful to me in understanding how to clean up the apps, get my photos on , and accessing my emails and more. It was a pleasure to work with him.

On vacation my phone stopped working. I bought a new one and the iCloud download was incomplete. My old phone was wiped clean and hundreds of photos did not transfer. Emails were lost too. Kevin J solved all problems. He recovered previous downloads miraculously and restored ALL data from the cloud and my new phone has everything. Hes talented.

Tim Todd was amazingly helpful. Because of him I not only activated my phone but got a tablet and a bunch of accessories. Things that I needed. Nit at all a pushy salesperson. But he had patience getting reconnected and my work email set up and offered the most implacable service. He Represents your company exceedingly well.

I went later in the day for a new SIM card and there was only 1 guy working with 5 people ahead of me. I had to wait over an hour for something that took 2min to do. I wanted to remove a device from my plan and for some reason I could not do that here I had to call Verizon. I wont visit this location again.

Had an excellent experience in the flortown verzion store. Scott Miller was personable he helped me get hooked up with fios as well as getting my edge ready for usage. In the meantime we talked about old movies, music and childhood memerioes. He is very good at his job. I will return to the store.
