Called store on vhester pike 3x to speak about paying my bill, no answer each time.Walked from hook rd. Approx. 1.5 miles. Arrive to the store a 6:50pm 10 mins before close. Door was locked I knock on window csr came from the rear of store unlocked door I told her I called with no answer and I walked from hook rd. She tells me the system is down and she couldnt help me. I told her I was gone complain. Her name is Malana

Always have a good experience every time I go in here to buy a phone, case etc... sometimes theres a long wait but thats only because theres only 1 person working. But most of the time Im in & out.. Id rather go here than to another store....
