Wifes phone broke and we didnt want her to be down without one for several days waiting for a replacement. We stopped by this location 20 minutes before closing in hopes we could upgrade her phone with a new one. John was more than happy to help us and reassured us that it was not a problem if he had to stay past close. He was very patient and understanding and was great to work with. He gave clear communication about upgrade fees and was very knowledgeable about the iPhone options available. It was great having John help us tonight. We would definitely recommend this location and appreciate him staying past close to get my wifes phone setup.
