Great customer service. Some issues with my bill were sorted out quickly. Be aware of your phone contract, as verizon charges additional 7 USD of "other charges" on top of the 20 USD line access. On top, they might put you on a 11USD phone insurance. So check what you sigh before signing your contract ;) Update: Three days after cancelling my contract I received an email: "Your bill is now available on My Verizon. We see that all lines on your account are disconnected, so outstanding balances and future bills will be mailed on paper to your billing address." So pretty much they bill me even though I am not their customer anymore. I went into the store, the person I talked to claimed she could not help me, as she can not access my account. It took a call to customer service and it turns out Verizon owes me money, but it took me talking to three people in the store. I really can not recommend to do any business with Verizon, they will try anything they can to make you pay more than you should.

Came in to purchase a specific phone, had two different salesmen come over and try to convince me to switch. I understand theyre salesmen and they need to try to upsell, but they were getting out of hand stopping short of calling me stupid for making the decision to buy my phone. After finally convincing them that this was the phone I wanted, it took another 45 minutes to iron out the contract (the guy helping me was new and could not figure out how to work the computers). After all of that, I still had to call customer service later that night and fix my billing address and plan. Verizon usually has great customer service, but I feel all of their bad employees are located in this store. Do yourself a favor and skip this location.

They are really nice if you dont gat a grouchy manager. I wish they would have the hours corrected on the web, more than once I went at wrong time.. Attention to detail is always a sign a company cares and is alert. I got a parking spot out front this week, and dontcha know, the store was closed due to system problems. Verizon has a company problem that likely affects managers. Overall, the helpers in this store are nice and will go out of the way. Too bad about the CEO level screwing things up for customers. Geez I wish Verizon would hire a web engineer.

Was directed here from the other store on Callowhill (unsure why because this store wasnt helpful either). They took one look at my phone and assured me they would "overnight" a new phone. When I got the shipping information, the handling section says "weekday delivery." Turns out they didnt mean "overnight" at all, but actually "ASAP when convenient for them." I now have to figure out an alternative way of getting to work on Monday. If you can go to another service provider, I recommend that you do because this one doesnt care.

I see that other reviews say the service is slow, but this location has always been better and faster to me than the location in Center City on Market or than the Best Buy in South Philly. Ive had to go for a new phone, to change a plan, and for service. Each time my wait hasnt been unreasonable. The only thing that Id complain about is that there is no place to sit while you wait. Also, the selection of accessories is limited, but you can buy everything online.

Dont even bother going to this store if you need repairs or customer service. I went in with a problem with my phone, but instead of trying to help me, they gave me a pamphlet with a phone number on it and sent me on my way. Very poor service; staff is completely disinterested in what the customer may need. If you need customer service, its well worth the extra trip to visit the store in Center City at 17th and Market. Save yourself the headache.

Angel was extremely helpful in getting my Galaxy S6 up and running and even gave me his business card with his personal cell in case I had further questions about my new phone. Took him up on his offer via text and during a return visit he smoothed out some tech issues I was having with preloaded apps on thr phone.

Markel and Jodi Lee (and their general manager) were very patient and helpful. They fixed the errors that another store made when porting my number over. I came when the store was almost closed but they were kind, patient, and apologetic despite almost having to stay late. Highly recommended!

This location was perfect for my needs, and as soon as I entered the store, my problems were addressed. While its a little smaller than Im used to, that didnt seem to be a problem - traffic is a bit low, which means that customers dont ever feel crowded or mobbed.

Got the screen protectors that the t-mobile store, where purchased the phone today, did not have, even though this Verizon store did not sell the phone I have. The screen protector was then expertly installed at no cost.
