DO NOT deal with this store located on the delsea drive Glassboro 2 stores down from CVS. They are dishonest, and give misleading information about cell phone plans and will say anything just to close a sale. Upon complaining to the store manager "Steve" he acted like "Mr. tough guy" and said if I did not like the plan they changed me to (without my permission) thats my problem and promptly hung up the phone. Apparently he runs 3 or 4 stores in the area owned by Cellco Partners and does not have to report to Verizon, he just has to sell their cell phones and meet his quota and everyone is happy. I reported him the NJ Consumer Protection bureau and to Verizon corporate. No one was willing to help he. One of "Steves" young salesmen changed my plan for no reason and caused my monthly bill to double. It took me almost 5 months to get it back to the original cost of service. I had to do this via phone calls without the help of NJ Consumer Protection Bureau (they were of NO HELP and the manager "Steve" is seldom in the store, the people working there will not accept responsibility for anything and even refused to bring my account up on their computer. Find another carrier besides Verizon or else deal with another store owned by Cellco Partners. They are considered Verizon Authorized Retailers and apparently they cam screw customers as they see fit with no one , not even the State of NJ, will to help out with problems.

STAY AWAY FROM HERE Id give a BIG FAT ZERO if i could. I purchased a phone here on July 28, 2015. On Aug 16th, I took it back because it shut down so they changed the SIM card. It worked for less than a day so I took it back the next day on the 17th. They determined that the numbers on file didnt coincide with the actual numbers assigned to the phone so that was fixed. That lasted a day and it shut down again. I went back on the 18th and was told there isnt anythong he, the rep (Ansley) can do about it. He didnt even ask me for the phone number or any information to key into the system. This is complete BS. They sell you the phone and dont care after the sale. I left the phone there and told him to keep it and I wont pay the bill and cancel the service. I dont care about ruining my credit because my ex-wife already did that. On top of it all, the Manager, Steve, who wasnt in on my last visit, is trying dilligently to sell me FIOS. Yeah, right, Ill buy that from Verizon after the rotten treatment that I received there.

!!!!!!!!Warning never go to this store!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The sales people are extremely dishonest and tell you completely false information my bill was far more then what I was told it would be and I was over charged to the extreme Im am currently working with corporate to see what I can do to resolve the problem Im doing everything I can to make sure this is solved including having my attorneys get involved! This is incredibly wrong and Im very unhappy with this store I am extremely determined to make sure they pay for this!!!! Please make sure you never go to this store go to a real virizion store these people are out of control !!!!!!! This is not over I was completely mislead and taken advantage of never go to this store ever! !!!!!!!!!!!!

I went to this location to get a new phone and had a great experience. When I first walked in, I was greeted by all of the employees and told there would be a short wait, which was fine since it gave me a chance to look at the different phones. Chris M then assisted me and was very helpful in explaining the different phone options. Once I picked out the phone I wanted, Chris explained some of the features and helped me set it up. Chris then took a look at my account to see if there were any ways to lower my bill, which there were. I love my new phone and am paying less monthly thanks to Chris!

Top Notch Customer Service and Profesionalism at this store. I was down the shore visiting family and had some issues with my account that I needed to be rectified. I decided to drop by the closest store and speak to a human being face to face. I worked with Alex Rivera, and he was easily able to solve the problem immediately. Additionally, I was impressed by the stores vibe, which was upbeat, energetic, and cheery. I loved the sense of humor and personal touch experience. Im upgrading devices soon.. Going to make sure I stop by. Thanks guys!!

Took my mom here to avoid the cattle call of the Deptford Mall Verizon store to get her first smartphone. Bit of a wait with demand on a weekend day and only a few reps, but comfortable waiting areas made that okay. Paul talked us through our current plan and what would change with a new one plus all of the pricing points we needed to know. Took time to show her how to use her new phone. Gave me a heads up on upcoming promotions for when my contract is up next month. Was very glad he was the rep we talked to!

This store is the best one I have been to yet. Right when I walked in, everyone was so inviting, but not in a fake way. They actually seemed happy that I came in. Everyone was very friendly, but Chris M went above and beyond. He not only helped me upgrade my phone, but he took the time to find me a better deal. I actually ended up talking to him for awhile, he felt like a friend of mine. Great service and great atmosphere. I will definitely be going back to them again next time I need anything

I recently upgraded my phone at the Glassboro Verizon store. Jun was incredibly personable, patient and helpful. My past experiences purchasing phones at other Verizon stores have been average, and at times poor,....Jun provided stellar customer service and made this a pleasant purchasing experience. All of my Verizon business dealings will be done at the Glassboro Verizon store In the future. I unequivocally recommend Jun as a solutions specialist; he is truly an asset to the store!!!!

I came in with a broken phone, within minutes Junmar diagnosed that phone was beyond repair and helped us upgrade to the lovely red iPhone 7. Junmar made this process quick and painless while answering every question we had he even helped us pick out a new case and screen protector to keep my phone safe! This is the highest level of customer service I have ever received at a wireless store. Thank you for that amazing service Junmar!

I went to the store for technical issues and I been having this problem with my phone for a while and every Verizon store had no idea to fix this problem. I was about to give up until I try one last time at the store in Glassboro. Thank goodness I did because June really fixed an issue that nobody else could answer for me. Go see him. I upgraded my phones and the experience was A+

Naza was excellent. She had an outgoing personality that made you feel very comfortable. She was funny, and never pushy. She was very knowledgeable. She was also very diligent in meeting the needs of the customer. She saved us almost $100th per month, which was a big surprise to us. I would recommend her to anyone as a Verizon representative.
