Completely lazy,clueless, staff. Consistently worst tmobile store. Went in because I was switching my phone and needed a new sim card. They handed me the sim card and told me I would have to call customer service to activate it! What??? I questioned her on why I would have to call, they have always activated it in store in the past, she told me the other guy was using the machine,hmmm,okay. I then asked her about samsung smart switch, she said it wouldnt work, I was switching from a note 4 to a note 6. Went home called customer service got sim card activated, then I did the smart switch(worked fine). Thanks for nothing lazy! The best part was she was training someone! I think the training was on how to do nothing.

JUST HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THIS STORE....I PAID MY BILL TUESDAY, WITH CASH TO THE MANAGER, WHO NEVER SENT CONFORMATION TEXT TO MY PHONE, BECAUSE IT WAS NEVER POSTED TO MY ACCOUNT. CALLED YESTERDAY AND REPRESENTATIVE TELLS ME 0.00 BALANCE MEANS YOU ARE OK. IT SHOULD HAVE HAD WHAT I PAID, BECAUSE IT WASNT DUE UNTIL THURSDAY. OF COURSE I WAKE UP TODAY WITH NO SERVICE. NO ONE CAN TELL ME WHERE MY PAYMENT IS!!!!!!!

I am in here just about once a month just to say hi to the staff here. They are always on point with helping me with any questions i have about products or my service. I ALWAYS leave with a smile on my face knowing i got the best service available. I would recommend this location to everyone who uses the T-mobile network. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT

Waited 30 min to pay my bill then was told 10 more min and had to leave never go for fast anything there overpriced and always trying to upsell u even when u tell them u dont want to
