GO HERE! This review is way too late but I got my battery replaced as you should once a year. No matter what phone you have batteries do not keep a good charge after 1 year. I will be coming here and replacing my battery once the year is up on the replacement. I have no issues with short battery life anymore thanks to iphillyfix it. I just recommended about 5 people at the bar tonight because I noticed they had cracked screens. Although I never needed to get my screen replaced this establishment is so friendly and quick, not to mention the prices are extremely reasonable. Thanks again guys and I will be seeing you soon along with everyone I referred. I will also continue to refer anyone I see or hear with a problem. You will not be disappointed. They should have a 5 star average review. Unfortunately there are people in this world that are pessimistic. Do not hesitate to go here. You will be speechless about the speed of service.

I went here with an Iphone 6 plus that I thought had water damage. The guys explained to me that they had no problems ordering the parts, but were unable to promise that my phone would work. After opening up the phone they advised that I take it to Apple, because they saw no issue. Well, I took it back to Apple, and sure enough I got a new phone. I have since referred at least 4 friends to them, and plan on returning to let them fix a screen on another phone. I love the fact that were very honest and upfront with me. Some places would have charged me, and I would have voided my Apple warranty, but not these guys. Great to know that we still have honest businessman.

So I had my phone in a Ridley Park shop jan19th they said it need a part they ordered it said it was late because of snow then it was wrong part then they didnt get to it yet so I picked it up on feb 9 took it to Cory at iphillyfixit explained the problem he called me within two hours said that not only did the on button not work but the screen was blue so I said let me know. Cory called me back told me that the screen hadnt been plug back in properly and the on button (which was original complaint) was out of position. He fixed it for fifty which was eighty less then the other company wantednot only is iphillfixit fast but most important honest

I work for a local landscape/hardscape company and we are constantly dropping our phones while on the machines. Or leaving them on a truck and driving away. We bring our phones in and they are fixed in 15-20 minutes. Phones look brand new, and we dont skip a beat with work. We have customers calling us all day and we need our phones in the field. We dont have time to go to apple and wait 3 hours, or go through insurance and loose our information. Working at a local wireless company, I often have clients who just need a repair because they love their phone and everything in it. And when an upgrade isnt available, fixing is the thing to do. After meeting the owner a few years back, I began sending my clients to his shop, all of them have had nothing but good things to say about their experience, overall service, quality of work, and pricing. I would recommend that you pay them a visit if youre in the area and need work done.

I drove from Delaware in a desperate attempt to salvage thousands of photos and videos off my phone after it was destroyed. The screen was not only smashed, but flashing and completely unusable. I didnt trust the parts used by mall kiosks and similar (based on many, many reviews) and make the trek to iphillyfixit. Im so glad I did! Within 15 minutes, the staff replaced the screen (for less than any other quote Id received) and it looks as good as new. I was able to salvage my photos and videos (and back up the phone!). I bought my phone to iphillyfixit it was cracked, shattered really bad and also bent, and they took my phone with open hands and did the best job!!! I took my phone to Apple and I called multiple places but everyone told me that I should trash my phone and finance a new phone. But I believe in iphillyfixit if you need your phone fixed GO TO THEM. Do not go anywhere else I will continue to recommend them to everyone else because not only are they great at fixing phones but they are also very friendly people!!!!!!

I had a cracked 5c screen, and yes, they got the job done, but it was $95, after tax. Its a 5c, I would understand that price for any newer phone, but nowadays I could get a new phone for practically the same price. I appreciate theyre working and getting it fixed while I waited in a short period of time, but I think theyre prices are a bit to high. Although this is my opinion and Im just a college student who doesnt have a steady income from my part time job and needing money for books in a few weeks.

Really not much else i can say that hasnt been said.... took a SHATTERED Iphone6S to Corey he had it fixed in under 1/2 hour, he also put a protective screen on it for me. His prices are absolutely fair.He also carries a good range of accessories, including phone cases (Otter Box!). Awful customer service. There is a new employee there that is absolutely obnoxious, apathetic, and ignorant. They could not fix it in house and had to ship it out to be fixed. They have had my phone for over two weeks and this employee had the nerve to give me a hard time calling and asking a status. The owner is a great guy, however, the customer service from the new employee is terrible. If you do go here, avoid this kid at all costs.

iPhillyFixIt is extremely professional and accommodating to the needs of their customers. I have referred them to many of my family and friends and they all have nothing but good things to say! The service is fast and reliable, I once had an issue with my front camera not working and Corey was able to fix the issue within 15 minutes. I highly recommend anyone who has a problem to stop by, I wouldnt trust anyone else with my iPhone!
