DO NOT...I repeat DO NOT use this store or the authorized retailer for AT&T in King of Prussia next to Rock Bottom! They are scammers and will completely lie to you about what you are getting! This Souderton store and the KOP store are run by the same guys. Last August me and my friends went in to get new phones and renew their business plan. My friend works out of their home. There was a BOGO phone deal going on so I cancelled my old number to get a free iPhone 6S. Well these morons never deactivated my old number and I just got a bill for $550 because they are idiots and never deactivated it. They also lied about the total monthly bill, adding in a home security plan that would get my friends a 20% home owners discount. The bill ended up being $50 dollars more per month, plus my friends only got a 10% discount. If you talk these guys, run and run far away! Avoid this store and the King of Prussia store at all costs. I hate AT&T, their customer service did nothing to help! Will never use them again once my contract is up!

Ive always had very good and helpful experiences at this particular AT&T store. Most recently, I had the good fortune to be helped by Moe, who is the branch manager. I was having enough difficulties with my iPhone 6 that it was time for me to upgrade. Moe took over an hour with me giving me options, letting me know of deals I was not aware of, as well as things to thing about in terms of getting the most value out of my AT&T account. I entered the store expecting to be satisfied with the service I was to receive and left even more satisfied than I expected to be. Thank you, to Moe in particular and to his team.
