I walked into this AT&T store to return the iphone that I purchased from AT&T online (within the 30 day return period). Immediately the workers and manager were extremely rude and refused to allow me to return the brand new phone due to "their inventory system being different than online." I had confirmed with AT&T customer service via phone that I was allowed to return the phone instore, so I called again while inside the store to confirm. I then placed the AT&T corporate customer service representative on the phone with the store manager. The store manager brought the phone to the back room and told me that the CSR "hung up." The store manager insisted that she did not have to abide by AT&T corporate policy, that she was the manager and made the rules. I also asked them to show me a documented return policy which says I could not return the phone...they attempted to point to something which actually validated my point. I will never go here again and recommend that no one else do business here. They were also extremely condescending and attempted to belittle me, even though I apparently knew much more about AT&T policies than they did.

We have an AT&T corporate account. An unauthorized service was added to our account and the service was activated in this store. When I called the sales person (Britney) who activated the service to ask her the name of the person who opened this new service, she does not have the info! At first she said the guy gave a wireless number associated to our acct. but cannot remember the number or is not on the receipt. I asked what form of ID did this person showed, she said his work ID but does not have a copy or the name is not on the receipt either! An individual cannot open/add any services to a corporate account if that person is not authorized which is indicated in our account info. SCAM?! What so you think??? Even the (supposedly) supervisor cannot help me! Be careful when you deal with this people/store! Oh by the way, when I made the initial call and looked for Britney and told her my concern, she hanged up on me! I called back and was put on hold for 45 minutes before she picked up the call.

Laziest and rudest staff...would just want you to leave the store and let them sleep ASAP. I asked them to get a new phone in their store three weeks back. Later I called up several times and infact, went yesterday to check the status and surprisingly they didnt have any answer. The lady whom I dealt with was just not ready to accept that responsibility. She told clearly that you need to keep calling before you dropby to the store. Excellent example of "Moral Hazard" - in other words, this is what happens when there is no quality monitoring of the staff. Apart from that, the phones on display suck big time - majority of them are broken and nobody cares to replace them. Just a friendly suggestion - AT&T is a good network provider, just avoid this crappy store and visit the one on 16th street.

After reading the reviews for the store I was really not anxious to go there when I dropped my phone in my coffee. I tokk a chance during the week. The person who greeted me at the door seemed to be helpful when Ientered. however, when I told him I wanted to rebuy my old phone, he said "you can only get those online now" and pretty much dropped interest in me. Ended up that I bought a new Q10 online. When I went back to the store begrudingly, I was helped by Andrew/ and Tony who ended up reviewing my whole plan with me and saving me $40 /month. They also transferred my contacts with eas and ware awesome. Better than expected service after the bad experience earlier in the week.

Great customer service, extremely knowledgeable staff. I too was expecting the worst upon reading these reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised at the level of customer service I received. I even dealt with a "cock-eyed" manager (mentioned in a previous review) and he was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I came back at a later date and still experienced superb customer service, which lead me to purchase my phone and set up a contract right there. This store is leaps and bounds ahead of the Verizon one a few blocks down, in terms of customer service and knowledge of the sales staff. Highly recommend going here!

THEY SUCK. They dont do anything AT&T says the store is SUPPOSED to do. DO NOT GO THERE, try youre luck online or via the phone. DO NOT allow those "sales" people to reap commission from a would be DISSATISFIED customor. @ANNAMARIE, exactly what im talking about, at any other store i guarantee you you would have been able to get everything you need at the store. However the sales reps refuse to do any real work in store and automatically forward you to online. Meanwhile the company will tell you you should be able to handle it in store. a frickin joke

I give them 5 stars. First, I called and they answered in 3 rings. Second, I walked over -- thinking I would have to buy a new phone because after dropping mine, it woudlnt get a signal -- but the very nice sales person fixed it, thus depriving herself of a sale, and in the meantime creating a loyal customer. There were 3 clerks in the store, and you could sign in to be the next one waited on. I was in and out in fewer than 10 minutes and I didnt have to spend a dime.

I just purchased an iPhone tonight and spent $362. It took 5 minutes of questions before I realized that the store was closing at that time. I was feeling guilty but the sales-person, Jonathan Marcus, made me feel very comfortable and was extremely patient. I thought that he had extensive knowledge of the product, was able to answer all of my questions, and gave me the confidence in the buying decisions that I made. A+

WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY AN I-PHONE AT AN AT&T STORE. I PURCHASED AN I-PHONE ON THURSDAY. ON SATURDAY, A GLITCH APPEARED IN MY PHONE. I TOOK IT BACK TO THE WIRELESS STORE ON WALNUT ON SUNDAY. THEIR POLICY IS ONCE ITS OUT OUR DOOR WE HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THE PHONE. I WENT TO APPLE STORE. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THEY HAVE NO CONTROL OVER APPLE INVENTORY IN AT&T STORES. IN SHORT, BUY AN APPLE PHONE FROM AN APPLE STORE.

I went here for the first time the other day expecting bad things based on the reviews here, but was pleasantly surprised to find otherwise. Didnt call ahead or schedule anything at all and came in to get a replacement smart card for my iPhone; the guy was very helpful, very friendly and took care of the problem very quickly and even called me on his own phone to ensure it was working correctly.
