Until Tuesday, September 20th 2016.. I wouldve given Store #1448 5 stars, But I purchased a Samsung Note 7 on September 1st. from a new employee who did such an outstanding job, I allowed him to up sale me a pair of the Harmon Karman wireless/Bluetooth speakers. So the very next day an unofficial recall was announced for the phone I just purchased and 2 weeks later an official recall was announced from Samsung and all their retailers including Sprint, telling all Note 7 owners to please come in and exchange their devices with no questions asked. So at that point a lot of us decide to use our phones without cases to test out all the new features to the phone, like the water proofing and the Gorrila Glass 5. (Which it isnt shatter proof, completely) Ok, so being that all Note 7 phones were recalled (Sprint has no choice in the matter, they have to exchange recalled items if bought at their store) no questions asked, even if the phone was damaged or even slightly. Well, these ignorant sales people including the female manager on duty at the time, lied to my face and said, they didnt have Note 7 replacements which 2 minutes earlier the sales girl asked me what color did I have. so they sent me home with a defective phone that has the potential to blow up or set itself on fire. I hope they enjoy thier little laugh because they thought I was inconvenienced, which I wasnt. I just called corporate with a store complaint and I received a credit towards by phone bill plus the actual $25 credit from Samsung and a brand new phone in the color of my choice that will be delivered to my front door. Thanks Corporate! I will never do business in store (#1448) ever again nor will I suggest to anyone else to do business there. Customer Service is lacking, especially from that female manager. retraining is in order.

By far the worst Sprint Repair location in the Philadelphia area. Associates were extremely rude and refused to listen to my concerns. Poor customer service doesnt say enough. If you have any issue with your device or just want to purchase a new phone, go somewhere else. The employes, and management by extension, have little regard for the consumer. Corporate referred me to the Abington, PA location, which was attentive, polite, and quickly took steps to resolve the issues with my device.

I came into this store trying to upgrade my phone to the Galaxy S4. I was helped by Steve Cohen and I assumed he was just out of training, although he explained that he had been working there over 3 years. I have no earthly idea how someone with 3 years of experience could be so inept at answering my basic questions. Probably the worst customer service in the history of the world!!!!!!!!!!!

Went in to switch from the iphone to android Galaxy III. Mark was an excellent salesperson and didnt make me feek like he was on quota to sell me extra items. He took very good care of me and trust me he wirked for his money that day! I would recommend that store very highly!

This Sprint store has a positive and congenial attitude when assisting customers. Sprint Representative Saeed answered all of my questions. Saeed also provided appropriate feedback on compatible replacement products or devices. This was just a good customer service experience.

Went to gey a Galaxy Note 5, an the sales representative was awesome. Dude gave me a new otter box case and took off the $30 activation fee as well. I told him that he needs an raise. They get the gold star.
