I was dropping off donations today and a customer park in front of my car offer me one something from her donations wanted to give me a certificate picture frame. This (18) year old was rude to me stating "She donated it to us its our property you cant have it". Then he got the store mgr. and the manager was angry she was about (20) years old those people who work at this location are not professional. I will never deal business with them as long as i live in my life. I always drop donations off to them for many many years and the (18) year old sales associate and (20) year old mgr where very unprofessional to me. So the sales associate writes down the sales associates name and managers name (only the first name but the last name) give the store phone number with their names. I am filing this complaint along with Goodwill Industries INC. Then as soon as we pull out the back of the store both customers that donated items to that Goodwill location stated "Dont worry its karma".Then we call corporate it went to v/m so i am going to try Monday Morning. I have been donating to them for years and they treated me poorly.So donate something to Goodwill please donate to Woodbury Hgts not Glassboro because the (18) year old sales associate and (20) year old mgr. were unprofessional and treated (3) of the customers poorly. This Chrysler 300 drives in the back Goodwill wanted to drop off donations then pulled away because since the mgr and sales associate were unprofessional and treated customers poorly. That is not how a business should go. I rather my business else where with Durand Thrift Store, Goodwill - Woodbury Hgts and ARC Thrift Store - Gibbstown since they are so help and have a great service that those locations are more professional than this Glassboro location. I will not recommend this store to anyone. The Woodbury Hgts location is more professional than this Glassboro Goodwill. Do not shop at this location they are unprofessional and treats customers poorly they do not know to deal business with customers. If you ever need to make a donation Goodwill please donate to Woodbury Hgts instead of this Glassboro location they have the worstest service EVER! The sales associate and store manager of Goodwill of Glassboro needs to understand that they are not allowed to treat their customers poorly and unprofessional.

Love this store! I never leave without quite a few items that I really need or can use for craft projects! The people who work there are very courteous and very helpful. I have gotten some amazing deals! Tuesdays are the best...Senior Citizen Discount Day!.......lower prices on unbelievably low prices! How much better could that be?!
