You should do random checks and record all activity at this Sprint store Shady business practice - They are LIARS AND SCAMMERS. We should have flipped a U-Turn the first time I stepped into the store. Music is mind-blowingly laud, but we wanted to take advantages of the buy one - get one free, so we stayed. Got our first bill and to our horror we were charged for both phones. Talk to the Sprint corporate office several times over the last week, was never given the same answer. Finally got a young woman on the phone today 6/13/2016 that knew what she was talking about. She did some adjustments to our bill, but could not do anything about the buy one - get second one free. She explained that she would get in contact with the local manager of the store, so they could explain. This young woman also promised us that she would check back with us to make sure that the local manager had called us, the corporate office never called back (No one ever follower up). The local manager never called us back either, but instead she had the original sales representative called us back. He explained over the phone, when we came in for the Samsung Galaxy 7 Edge, the offer had expired – was never told that on the day of purchase. Today 6/14/2016 the corporate office called the local store again and talked to the sales representative who blatantly lied to the corporate office, that he had explained to us that the offer had expired, THATS A FAT LIE. Now we have a huge dilemma; Stay with the phones and pay for both (Original plan was to lower our monthly bill from Att), or we could switch over to the Apple phone to take advantages of the offer (If I wanted an Apple phone, I would have purchased it the first time) - no thank you. Last option was to return the phones and be without phones – Being processed as we speak!!!!! The store was more than happy to cancel our purchase than to honor their agreement. My husband relies on his phone for work. First, since the store does not honor the original verbal agreement, which translate to false advertisement (Kept asking the sales representative that the sale was buy one, get second free – he concurred that it was buy one, get one free), but I guess his words are better than they two of ours. We have file a complained with the Federal Trade Commission, BBB, The Attorney General of PA, The FCC and Consumers Affairs. Second, I have already invested in Samsung Gear - The Virtual Reality Gear and the S2-SM-R Watch (Unpacked and Installed and registered) = MAJOR bucks, so I am out hundreds of dollars when I return the phones. Im have already told few friends to STAY AWAY from this store and STAY AWAY from sprint. You have the worse service representation at the corporate office and at this particularly store. Service may be cheap, but data coverage is non existing and calls are not coming through clear. In the few weeks I had the phone, I had countless dropped calls, never happened with Att. FYI, the day of the sale, the sales representative was more concert about answering his text messages and charging his Apple watch (Cameras needed at that location). Finally, the sales representative whispers to us that when we get our American Express Pre-paid card to pay off Att for breach of contract, we really didnt have to pay Att off "We could use it for whatever we want"......who says that to customers. Does he recommend all the customers to be dishonest?

If I could give this place a -5 I would!!! My iPhone started have problem with the touchscreen unlocking the phone which looked like a normal defect. I have been with sprint over 5 years and have 7 lines all covered under warranty. I take my phone in to the store on my day off and wait in line with no help standing for over 45 min. Finally after the girl who had been standing there with no customers the whole time said she can help me. Asked for my information what was wrong with my phone and then said the tech one be able to look at my phone but I would have to come back in 2 hour and I should leave my phone so I did. 2 hours later I called and was told that my phone clouds not be fixed because they did not have the glass in stock and they would need to send it out for 5-7 days. I lost it after 5 year of being with sprint I have never seen a warranty item have to be sent out leaving me with out a phone for 7 days and was told if I wanted to get a replacement I should of filed a claim. Why would I file a claim when my phone dont have accidents damage? After fighting with them for over 1 hour they end up diving a crappie iPhone 5s. The people fixing the phone are not sprint employees only the phone selling the phones. They are insurance companies and for the most part rude and will do nothing that does not end up with you paying. After I get my phone back Im dropping insurance on all phone the phones i have a upgrade and save my self 60$ a month. stay away from this place no matter what.

I had a Sprint iPhone 5C I bought from a friend and wanted to use it on my account. I made him call on speaker phone to ensure the phone was in good standing prior to purchase. So I went to the local sprint store thinking I could get it activated. I went early in the week and the place was relatively empty. The rep in the store looked at the phone for about 10 seconds and told me it was stolen.I only spent under 3 minutes in the store, I was definitely rushed out. I didnt know what to do so I went home and brought it up to my friend. So we called sprint again and they said it was fine to activate but may need a new sim. So I went back again and then the SAME guy told me the phone had an outstanding balance and couldnt help me because they were "busy". I was the only person in the store. I was forced to call sprint again and then go to a different sprint store to get a sim. Turns out they work on commission and unless youre activating a new phone they dont want you in the store. I will no longer be using sprint after this and 2 other awful experiences with their customer service. What a joke.

I dont normally feel compelled to write negative reviews but this was the worst retail experience Ive ever had. I walked in, told one of the employees that I was there to fulfill my two-year phone upgrade and she said that there were four people in front of me but that it shouldnt be too long. There were four employees helping customers so this seemed fine. Two hours later, I was told that I was next in line. A man walked up and said that he had been waiting a long time so they allowed him to skip me. They also wouldnt let me use the restroom because its not for customers. I was finally seen over two and a half hours after arriving and was promptly told that they forgot to tell me that they dont fulfill those types of upgrades in store. I left teary eyed, about to pee my pants, and ready to scream. I cant wait to switch to a different cell carrier. What a nightmare.
