This is about a calling experience: I was on the phone with Targets main telephone, I asked about a lost black New Balance jacket and they said, "We have to redirect you. We dont deal with that here." Not giving me any time to respond, they redirected me to Guest Services. I said to Guest Services, "Hi, I lost my New Balance, black jacket there yesterday." They said, "We will need to connect you to the Lost and Found. Wait, never mind, we can deal with you here," Let me say, that was rude, "deal with me here"??! Thats really really inappropriate. Then they searched and chattered in the background for 10 minutes and said, "We do not have that jacket here." and I was left with no answers. I didnt know what to say, they shouldve had a conclusive statement or something. Did they check with the lost and found? Did they contact the Dressing Rooms? Like what? You dont just leave someone hanging. After all, this was not a good calling experience. I told them, "What did you do, did you check everywhere?" they said, "We checked where we could." I was like, what?! How can you not check places? I told them to check EVERYWHERE again. They said, "Look maam, we did all we could do, have a good day." They hung up on me. I was left with my mouth hanging open. I was astonished. They are so impolite, its sick. Their store service is not as bad.

I went to target starbucks this afternoon 10/15/2016 i order caramel fraff..brownie and cookies...while the barista is getting my brownie i swipe my starbucks giftcard my total is $9.95 my Giftcard was $5 so when she comes back at the register i was giving her my $5 cash and what she did is grab the cookies that i have on my hand and start scanning it again i told her you already scan that she said no I havent scan this and i said yes you did scan it already and i told her i swipe my gift card already thats why the amount showing is $4.95 my balance...she told me i have to swipe the card again i said its not gonna work anymore coz I already did its zero balance now coz it went through already..thats why the amount showing now is $4.95 my balance is.....then she start giving me attitude while standing and waiting for my caramel fraff...she told me the Barista told me what else i have on my hand...i said my cookies and my brownie...im like seriously she is accusing me stealing a cookies which is i paid for...What a poor customer service thats a BIG NO NO that is not right at all...that you will ask your customer what else im holding on my hands that is very insulting especially i know she knows that she is wrong she suppose to say sorry for her mistakes instead of accusing your customer stealing a cookies

I bought a TV from this location a few months ago. There was an issue with it and had to bring it back. They changed it for me and gave me a discount on a higher end TV... That ended up being completely broken when I took it out of the box. So I went back and started joking with the sales lady (who sold me both the TVs) and finally got a third one that was on sale and it still works good. Staff is friendly even though it kind of sucked for the TVs. They do have a limited choice on some items that they have at other stores but not here.

I ordered a pair of boots and used the ship to store option. I went to go pick up the boots at customer service everything was fine until I got home and they gave me the wrong pair of boots. I tried calling and speaking to a manager. The first time I was on hold for 15 minutes and then hung up on. The second time calling the manager tried to blame me for not checking the box. The customer service is atrocious. I wouldnt recommend this Target.

I needed customer service for a item found on the target website. The price difference of more than 50 percent from the online price and the in-store price. The website said my target had one more in stock. So I went to the store to pick it up and the price was more than double the website stated. Customer service looked it up and gave me the item at the lower price. Customer service was very good I am a happy shopper.

the service provided on the phone is the worst in this target store. First they take a long time to pick up and then when they pick up they directly hang up or they have some stupid mood swings with their customers. A very bad service for customer care.

Check the items carefully. They "Bait & Switch" the items. I found a special display rack of Pokémon card that said $9.99 for something normally $12.99. Got to the cash register and the price was $12.99. This happens over and over at this store.

Not in sync with online ordering features. Poor excuses given about size of store versus other locations. Employees seemed disinterested in resolving issue and eager to go on break as was stated at counter while customer was present.

Went to the Pizza hut and before I could ask a question the guy says "Thats all I got is breadsticks no pizza left dor the night". "I asked what time do you close and he says thats all the Pizza I got!". Ignorant and rude!

This store is clean, well lit, has a good selection and decent prices. The customer service has been hit or miss, but overall the store is nice. They recently added a mini Starbucks inside.

I came right when they opened and there were a lot of people still sticking items, but they were still saying good morning and asked if I needed help. It was just very dark in there! Haha!

This target has good customer service and well stocked items. Its all you can really ask for. And they finally put in self check out machines so you can get in and out quickly.

Good location. I pay my Target card at this store. Too bad they advertise things that havent been in stock for months (Nexus Player). Not a great selection for Amiibo toys.

They mustve been in an energy saving mode because at 6:30 pm a lot of their interior lights were off. Very hard to read items and shop normally. Not a pleasant experience!
