So badly get dripping with sarcasm out from bed bathbeyond .. If I could- Id give this a zero star rating .. Yesterday, I been to ,4449 south mountway Easton pa,BB&B ,I was return and buy ,my purchase price and return price is different about $8.20 ,so I ask returning customer service desk,she answers purchase price and returning price is match,just different one penny,you want penny I give to you,she was funny me another employee together and lots of customer front ,give me sarcasm.I was just ask one question get sarcasm from BB&B company employee,that is makes me feeling so upset,customer didnt understand something will ask ,want hear right answers not a hear from employee sarcastic word, hope you employee,friendly answer questions..

We were browsing because we had a gift card. Over the course of our time there, we had at least 10 separate attempts to help us. Sometimes it was new people but other times it was someone to whom wed already said "were just browsing." Its not like its a place where things are difficult to find, or a place where things have complicated features that would need to be explained by a sales rep. They were literally bugging us about needing help in the picture frames. Super annoying. I like some of BB&Bs products, but being harassed for 40 min after saying no.... Ill shop online next time.

Clean and organized. Very often youll be asked by more than one staff member if you need anything, so I guess its great. But for some reason ( cant put my finger on it) I really dont like checking out. The way its done is off putting. its not that its one line that feeds into all registers, I think its the one person they have assigned to manage the line. I feel like Im standing in a line managed by some sort of a loan shark or something. -The atmosphere in that line is negative. I cant put my finger on it but it just is. :/

My partner and I just moved. We wanted to replace a bunch of kitchen appliances and get some sheets and of course BB&B is one of the best places to go. The staff here was friendly and helpful. A staff member approached me first when I was looking at items higher up on the shelves and asked if I need anything taken down. I had a variety of coupons and the cashier helped me to use the right coupons to make the biggest discount. Both in the same trip and same store. Very satisfied shopper.

Went in to purchase off a bridal registry and most of the items were not available in store. The 3 associates that offered and provided assistance were all friendly and helpful.

This bed, bath and beyond was okay. There was a lot of blankets and towels. Im talking a whole wall dedicated to towels. You got variety at this place.
