The reason for 2 stars is the prices are great but the cashiers and even store management DOES NOT know how to manege at all and treats people horrible and this time I went in and was treated like crap and THAT was the last straw. I went into the store to post my complaint about the freezing cold temp in the bathroom and I was talked down to in the tone of voice that NEVER should ever be used to a customer. She automatically assumed that I was there looking for a job and wanted to turn me away. Didnt even ASK what I was there for. No "How can I help you" just said "Sorry we are not hiring right now and we have enough applicants" Um I said nothing about that and it goes to show you, if they treat their customers like that, Id hate to see how their employees are treated o.O .. I was beyond frustrate when I finally got to talk to someone higher up than her. There is literally only one cashier that is sincerely nice and even smiles when you come to her register. The rest wont even look you in the eye or treat you with any respect whatsoever. No "Hi how are you?" Nothing! . Horrible service. Do they not realize that we pay their wages? I think next time I need anything, Ill go elsewhere. I wish that I could give this place a good review because they have *SOME* of the best prices around but lets face it, when Ive been treated like crap by society and businesses, I just get SO tired of people playing that game with me when I pay their wages with hard earned money. So, I give these reviews because its my way of contributing to helping to shut a business down that treats people like crap or does not give them what people pay for or rips people off. Im tired of it. Im tired of people and businesses treating me horrible and being ripped off or not getting what I pay for. People are just selfish, only care about money a thats it.

I love Aldi but the Souderton store is horrid. I have gotten there multiple times, and every visit, the shelves are empty. It is hardly restocked. Last week, the potatoes were rotten and they had a very bad odor. This placed is just very badly managed. They need to fire the manager or have the manager in Quakertown train them. The Quakertown Aldi is wonderful, btw

Bait and switch. They had a sign for $9.95 73/27 beef, which I grabbed a pack of it. Ended up paying $12.45 because "that want the right 73/27 beef". Not the first time its happened. Had it happen with chicken and ribs before. And theres never enough employees there.

clean store, easy open space in the lanes, food is good for the price and most of the time tastes the same than as main brands. My usual is 55, over here its 25 or less! aldi isnt bad at all!

Clean store with a nice selection of inexpensive quality food. You can find a lot of European Brands and different specialty things. Great for stocking up for parties
