On 4/29/13 at 7pm my husband and I went to this store to upgrade his phone. Arrived about 6:15pm and was still waiting to be help at almost 7pm. The manager at the store who walked around with an i pad telling everyone in the store that she was the manager could not help me when asked to do so. She responded to my plea for help by saying" I am the manager and I can only help you with accessories" There were 2 sales people, one with a customer and one who had finished with her customer 10 minutes ago and yet my husband and I stood there not being helped. I have never met a manager who did not pitch in and help a customer especially to make a sale. She could benefit with some management training and she should learn to lead by example. We then proceded to the WInd Gap Store and had the pleasure of dealing with Denise Abruzzese. WOW, plesant, patient, and we got waited on as soon as we walked throught the door. People, go to the Wind Gap Store you will not be dissapointed and there they recognize that your time is also valuable .

The last time I walk in there about 3 weeks ago, I was being ignored, nobody came to asked, how they could help me or anything. I stood around for a little bit waiting...but nobody came to greet me. They where all too busy sitting around the round tables, they now have in the store with their heads down playing with their devices. Nobody looked up to acknowledge me. So I just walked out...wtf!!! This store used to be great with their customer service. What happened?!

Went with my girlfriend about her galaxy s7 active that it would not turn on and the guy who spoke to its about it said that it would not be covered under warranty because of water damage and after we called customer service they told us that the phone is covered under warranty because out is a water proof phone. Basically what I all saying is do not go to this location because they obviously how people that do not know about phones

I had Kathy on a Tuesday night at 8 pm an hour before closing she assisted me as soon as she was done doing what she was which was no problem as it gave me time to wander the store for the best deals she understood my issues and was very helpful and even held the door for me as I was leaving and thanked me wholeheartedly for being a customer and being patient thank you Kathy you were great

This store is just great! Its open, clean and the associates inside are awesome! Melinda was there to help me from the moment I walked in the door, she was respectful and professional in every aspect. In the end this was by far one of the best experiences Ive ever had in an AT&T store. I look forward to future visits to the store.. and hopefully with Melinda. Thanks!
