originally wanted to leave 2 stars, one for it being my local retailer but those assisting at this retailer void that star by acting like they dont want to be there or even talk to you in the first place. being a verizon customer since my parents plan in high school, ive always been helped and better educated by the most polite people in the entire industry of customer care/service. that being said this is my local store, ive not had a helpful conversation in the past 5 years nor do i think i ever bought a phone there. i get the feeling like im imposing. and never a hello or how are. just can i help you? now last time i called verizon that person called me back with more info, un asked. she didnt have to i didnt ask! today, i returned back to the local store after a day, to ask the price of buying the moto z force there. to compare all 3 prices together. then the man that wasnt helpful the first time i came in, chimed in "i gave her the print out." i explained "if he did i wasnt aware, i didnt know he had printed anything and said sorry i must have left it." plus he had no way of knowing my plan was downgraded after i left that first time from 3gs to 2gs which would make his invisible print out useless!! anyway after all that attitude i just wanted to leave so after my last attempt at some in store info even that sales person seemed upset. so i thanked them and left! everyone here local says dont go there, youll get better deals/prices online or on phone. normally i listen and stay away but i didnt think inquiring about a phones price would leave me frustrated and frankly annoyed cuz it happened the other day too. im still kinda in shock. lol

I recently purchased a Verizon home wireless system from this store and was quite pleased with the friendly service and attention to detail provided. Even though Im not that tech savvy, the sales staff took the time to explain my options and were very helpful and patient! I decided to go with the home wireless system and I really like the feature of converting my business landline to a wireless set up so I can make and receive unlimited calls anywhere I travel. PS While I was in the store I happened to speak with another customer who was also not that tech savvy. She mentioned that she deliberately chooses this store precisely because they are so helpful and patient..... I guess Im not alone in my appreciation of their great customer service!

This store is absolutely amazing. Im not sure how long ago other reviews were but everytime I come to this store for a new phone, accessories, or just call for a question I get my answer and feel like Ive been treated fairly. The store manager Rich really made me feel like he was my personal sales consultant and the phone that I picked out over the phone was ready with my name on it. He showed me how to use my new phone, set it up and took the the time to help me pick out accessories. The process did not take long at all. I will continue to be a customer for this business as I know my needs will be met.

I went to this Verizon store after work because I was having some trouble with my iCloud for my iPhone. As I walk in I was immediately greeted my store manager Rich. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the problem I was having step by step and showed me what to do if I have an issue like this in the future. Usually I dont leave reviews but in this case the service and patience was excellent( I usually get rude associates that say I need to go to another store)

Im not sure about the other reviews listed but I can personally say that I had a great experience at this particular retailer! Right when I walked in the manager Rich immediately greeted me and asked if he could help me with anything. I have been looking to switch from my current phone company (sprint) for a while now and he was very polite and patient with explaining the various phone plans. I definitely recommend this retailer to everyone!

I went to this store today at 10 am which is their opening time on Sundays. No one was there. Myself and another gentleman sat there for 15 more minutes. No one came to open the store. This is one of the many problems I have had with this store. I live locally so I know how much this store sucks. Ill drive to Mullica Hill,15 minutes out of the way instead of going to this location. Terrible!

This store sucks. I have tried to go here throughout the years and never have gotten a clear andawer, never had great services, and they never have anything in stock. This place sucks and its outdated.
