Went to this location because of the reviews. My wife and I realized pretty fast that we made a mistake. The two people working were very nice but they had no idea what they were talking about. They didnt know the offers or the plans. Couldnt apply my corporate discount. Even watched them try to help another customer with a technically problem for 30 minutes and had no idea how to fix his issue. My wife actually started to think about staying with AT&T after we left, because we never saw such a lack understanding about the products and services from a Wireless store (and 4 star reviewed one too). When leaving the parking lot we saw in small print NTX wireless (under brightly lit Verizon Wireless sign). That explained a lot to me. Not too sure if the 5 star reviews are real or they just dont know what they arent being offered. Perhaps they got more informative associates, but since they dont know or cannot provide the offers in store (couldnt give us the 300 dollar trade in..wanted us to mail phones into Verizon) I cant imagine a scenario that would be acceptable to me.

I lost my phone while working at a camp in the area and was told by 611 service, that I could qualify for early contract renewal since mine was the primary phone. However, the Walmart store and official Verizon store in Quakertown both gave me a quick and polite but perfunctory, "cant help you." However, Kevin (I believe this was his name), spent about 20 minutes making several calls to try to solve my problem. The desire here to offer good service was obvious. Though I dont live in the Quakertown area, I recommend this store above the others I visited as a place to receive friendly and very helpful service.

What a horrible store! The staff is rude and uninformed! They treated me so badly I may cancel my Verzon business account and switch to another company. James G is who works there should take some lessons in customer service and how to treat prople! The other staff members I dealt with were not much better!

They could not help me directly. They did not carry the battery I needed. But they did give me directions, twice I have admit, to a near by shop where I was able to get the battery I wanted. They didnt have to do any of that but they did and you know Im going back to them when I need a new phone.

Way better service than the Montgomeryville verizon store. I was greeted by Josh as soon as I walked in and was helped right away. He fixed my phone quickly, for free, and was on my way in no time. He also pointed out that I could save some money on my phone plan. Surely a returning customer.

We have been dealing with this store for at least 10 years. Always a good experience with a very helpful well informed staff. They have also given us great service well after purchasing our phones in straightening out the little kinks that occur.

Way better service than the store next to walmart! You can tell these associates care about their customers and take pride in their work. Very impressed with my visit at this location, I will be recommending NTX to my family and friends!
