They go above and beyond to help you out. Excellent service both visits! I never write a review without going to a shop or restaurant twice when I live somewhere. I made this choice due to being my reputation I am putting out there, but these guys deserved a review after my first visit. Our families second visit took a long time, a lot of their patience and them dumping some of their files from their computer all because I am such a photo glutton. (Over 20,000) We were so ill prepared and had forgotten passwords and had old backup email accounts that no longer existed, but they worked us through the entire mess with kindness and even laughter. We love our new phones. Thanks guys!

Great place! Pat was very kind and helpful.The store may be smaller than others but they were huge with their customer service. Save yourself time when you need help with Verizon. Go to The Cellular Connection! Avoid going to the Verizon in Quakertown, some of the sales people are rude and I was very unhappy with their service. I will be now going to The Celluar Connection in Haleysville for all my Verizon needs. Thank you Pat!

Buyer beware! I went here just over a month ago, and had a bad experience. After spending a long time here, Alex (the store manager) did not end up giving me the plan we discussed. Later I had to spend a lot of time fixing things over the phone with Verizon. Also, a new name was given to this business so that my previous review would not be seen.
