Recently my parents and I went to purchase a phone at this location. My parents speak little English and were confused as to how to go about selecting a phone. We were please to be helped by one of the young women, a girl named Milly, who was very courteous and helpful. She explained everything to my parents and helped them to choose a good phone. The purchase itself was quick and easy. She even went so far as to bring out different color covers so my mother had options to choose from. Id like to thank her for it. My parents are always intimidated by sales people. Im glad Milly made this particular shopping experience enjoyable and hassle free.

Horrible people to deal with. They tell you one thing and then you go back a few weeks later then they claim they never said that. I went down to upgrade my phone cause I hate the phone I have went for the Samsung galaxy s6, they dont have it, was told I could get the Samsung galaxy s7 for $450 go back a few weeks later for the s7 and get told that they never said that. On top of that the service with the phone is horrible. Trust me I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very good Store. Big and clean and always looks professional. The best store to visit so far in all of Allentown. Thank you for being so kind in there and helping me with the other things the other Allentown stores refused to help me with. Much more professional in this store.
