I came to this store after visiting 2 other Verizon stores. At the previous stores the associate was working with other customers but did not even acknowledge I was there. After waiting for 10-15 minutes I left. When I showed up Mike Robertson was the only associate working. He immediately greeted me and let me know he would help me as soon as possible. He was friendly and handled the stressful situation excellently. There was another customer there that was in front of me in line that was having a difficult time with her phone and was extremely upset. Mike handled her perfectly and helped solve her issue. At the same time he was checking in with me to keep me updated as to when he could help me. I had to leave for another appointment and Mike gave me a time that would be best to come back to purchase my new phone. When I showed up at the recommended time Mike was able to help me with my purchase which was not the easiest as it was set up through my company. Mikes service was stellar not only to me but to each customer that came in. I live about an hour from this store but will only shop there going forward for my cell phone needs.

My stepdaughter had her cell phone in NYC stolen at work on a Friday afternoon. I called Ben who has become my go to guy for all of my phones / tablets for my business. I explained the situation to him, AFTER HOURS WHEN HE WAS HOME HAVING DINNER WITH HIS FAMILY and he said he would look into it first thing tomorrow morning (Saturday his day off). We communicated back and forth Saturday to get the correct replacement. He was able to get her a replacement phone shipped out for Tuesday delivery to her home in NYC. The phone arrived and much to our chagrin it was working albeit somewhat defective. He immediately got another replacement shipped out for next day delivery. The bottom line here is that he went above and beyond what I would have expected from an employee on a weekend / day off. He is professional, very knowledgeable and is always looking out to make the customer happy. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a cell phone or tablet needs.

I dealt with Dave Musacchio at the Wayne store. We purchased three new iPhone 6s and two new iPads. Needless to say it was a very stressful situation for my family and myself. Well I have to say that the experience could not have been any more stress free. Dave was the consummate professional. He was totally prepared for the transaction and it went off flawlessly. He was a joy to deal with and his personality made having our hundreds of questions easy to ask and get answered. He is a terrific representative for Cellular Sales and I would highly recommend him and your Company to all my friends and family.

I came into the wayne store seeking info on the new iPhone. I was previously at several other verizon stores and all of them tried to talk me out of the iPhone and into a Droid. Ive been an iPhone user for 3 years and really had no interest in getting a Droid. Dave M was the first verizon rep that really told me that his job was making the customer happy, and not necessarily selling me a phone that would make him the most commission. Dave M is a very honest and ethical sales rep, and knowledgable as well. I plan on referring all of my friends and family members to him...Thanks Dave

I called into the Wayne store last week, and had several questions regarding my account and upgrades. I spoke with Dave Musacchio who was extremely helpful. He simplified everything for me, and was very helpful. Verizon is somewhat frustrating because they change their plans every 6 months and you never know if you are getting the best deal or not. Dave explained everything to me, and even assisted me in setting up a discount on my account based off my employer. I am referring my wife and mother in law to Dave to get their new phones because he did such a great job.

I was referred to Kevin J and this Verizon store by a family recommendation. I came in after work and didnt have to wait around to be helped which was invaluable. Kevin analyzed my options and helped me into one of the newer plans which gives me more data flexibility and a lower bill. Everything made its way into the new phone from contacts, apps, pictures, emails, notes, and everything else just the way I had it on my last phone. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes and couldnt be more satisfied with the process. Ill be doing my Verizon business with him from now on!

My wife and I just upgraded to the iPhone 6s. Dave M was a kind and courteous salesman. He wasnt pushy and really helped us get all set up with the new phones. He took the time to make sure all our info got transferred over and that our phones were ready to go before we walked out the door. And he even followed up with us to make sure everything was working ok and how we were liking the phones. It was an extremely satisfying experience and both my wife are very pleased with our purchase.

DO NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO ENTER THIS STORE!!!!! Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I was sold a broken phone as "new" then they would not return it. If you want Verizon service just go to the Verizon corporate store in king of Prussia. HTC has record of their warehouse activating my phone before the date I had even purchased it! The managers and other personnel in charge of this store are absolutely the worst thing that has ever happened to Verizon and its reputation.

I spoke with Dave M. regarding transferring my internet provider from Comcast to Fios because of constant problems with my internet that remain unresolved. He was extremely knowledgeable and easy to deal with. In a few minutes he helped me determine what plan would best suit my needs, and scheduled an appointment within the week for installation. Im very excited that for the same price as Comcast I will be getting faster and better internet. Thank you Dave!

I visited several stores and spent three hours on the phone with Verizon trying to get help with email (very frustrating). I was extremely happy with Kevin Mooney from the Wayne location. I have AT&T and Verizon for my email. He went above and beyond for me. He helped me set up my email after I was locked out of it, listened to me, had a good sense of humor, and was very professional. Dave M was very helpful. He is a great listener. He let me explain my concerns. He ExplAined some options I might consider. His communication skills are excellent. He was patient and spent time making sure I understood his explanations. He has excellent customer service skills. I was concerned about coming in and dealing with the typical salesperson.Dave is far from typical he is exceptional. I am feel very lucky to have him work with me.

My experience at this Verizon store has been extremely informative and easy. I came in with very limited knowledge of smartphones, and left feeling good about getting started with mine. Eric (my salesman) was encyclopedic with his knowledge and was a great teacher. I would absolutely refer my friends and family to use this store...Ill be bringing my wife here for her new smartphone when shes ready. Thanks for the great service.
