ALLENTOWN: The most UNPROFESSIONAL company I have ever worked for ! I was hired without any Proper training ! You are just put out too sell phones in a supermarket! Mangers are untrained , RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL. Their new as well with No knowledgement of the company .(which was personally admitted to me). Theres promises made about what you can receive as employees and plenty of room too evolve in the company. Which ALL are lies!the pay is horrible! & the system is set up that you will NEVER see commission. When I decide to take my talents elsewhere& wanted too return their uniform I was told not too bring them and She will call me whenever she was ready too give me MY CHECK ! Horrible!!

I now see the employees get commission on the phones and dont pay attention to the customer. I also learned today that while under contract your line charge is 40.00, but did you know when not under contract its 20.00. How the hell do charge some one under contract more than some one not in a contract. That dont make sense at all. I think we have been with this company to long may want to change to sprint where it would cost less. Seriously thinking about it and may just pay the contract early termination fees. I would save more money for our company.

My rep was very nice to me and helped me where no other store could. Even setup an appointment to help show my mom how to use her first smart phone. (shes 60) glad to see the extra mile of help they put out!
