We just left the Quakertown location because from the moment we walked in, this hipster looking turd had an attitude with us. He took my fiance phone, hands it back without saying a word. Apparently he needed the screen unlocked so he could check the Bluetooth connection. None of which was mentioned, just hand motions and rolled eyes. When asked what he needed in order to get a new phone, he explained with a condensending attitude. Im surprised my fiance didnt hit him, we left immediately to find a location that did not have an employee with the body of a desicrated crackhead. Never had such attitude from any retail employee.

Excelent. So far, friendly, patiant, swift. Not to mention the carrier is understanding if ya need a few extra days. For a prepaid provider, they are top notch. Ive had sprint, At&t, and Virgin mobile<- (most difficult to work with. Took 2hrs to get my account # so i could port to metro). Lastly but not least, the sales staff are not pushy. They may suggest a few things but leave mentioned suggestion alone once youve indicated you are not interested. Very happy overall.
