BUYER BEWARE! This is NOT an authorized Verizon store and they do NOT tell you that they are not an authorized store until you try to return something. Look out for hidden charges on your bill, such as PP membership of $79.99, which was explained to me as set up fee. Dont quite understand why it is stated that way. Nor do I understand why I was charge this when I went to an authorized dealer I wasnt charged this fee. Also I read a review where this gentleman was told it was a membership to get discounted accessories, which is it? They had a sign displayed in the store for a "free" tablet but they sign didnt state that there would be a $40 activation fee or a $10 monthly line charge. I was never told about the activation fee, I found out about the monthly line charge after I came home and checked my upcoming monthly bill.. Another thing is I asked about employer discounts. They couldnt find my employer. When I went to an authorized store, one of the first thing the salesperson asked was who was my employer. Guess what, this salesperson was able to find my employer and I was able to save on my purchases. I cannot stress to everyone do not go to this store, please go to a corporate store that is authorized.

My boyfriend and I went in so he could start a new plan with Verizon. The sales associate Josh was amazing. He helped him find and get exactly what he wanted and provided him with excellent customer service. He was extremely helpful, let us know step by step what was happening and held a conversation with us without seeming bored or like he was just doing it for commission. The free tablet was also a plus! Thanks again Josh for all your help! We will definitely be back.

They set us up with a phone plan promising a discount that never actually got applied. When we went back to address it they said there was nothing they could do because that worker didnt work at this store anymore. Dishonest and no longer term relationship building. This is apparently why people just order directly online now.

Horrible experience every time I go to this location. The last time, the salesman told me they only had a couple S7s left and the only way hed sell me the phone was if I purchased two accessories, FOR the reason the phone was in high demand and hed make more off someone else. Complete BS.

Extremely poor customer service. All theyre trying to do is sell their inventory. Since its a premium retailer, and not a true Verizon store, theyre unconcerned with Verizons brand recognition and goodwill. Youre way better off just going to the Verizon store in quakertown.

We were just about to upgrade our phone when our sales person let it slip just before the purchase was made that there was a $79 FEE for them to transfer the line. Are you kidding me? The fee cannot be waived. Save your money. Go to a company store or on line.

Not a real Verizon store. They just ask for your password and log onto your Verizon account. Dont bother, unless you want to buy a new phone and contract.
