2 years ago when I purchased my 5s, i purchased an advantage plan for $99 that would give me a $200 credit on my next phone purchase as well as a % off of accessories. Now that I am trying to cash it in, I am told that it is only good for a $50 credit. After having the representative contact someone at corporate, he told me that is the best he can do. He confirmed "Yes I am sorry that you have been swindled." So i essentially paid $99 for a $50 credit and now there is nothing anyone can do. I told him that I obviously will not be back an he was nice and apologized for the incident but I am still out the money and service I was promised.

I came to this store to take advantage of my upgrade, but I wasnt sure which phone I wanted. The one gentleman that worked there, Omar, walked up to me and asked how he could help. He was very knowledgeable and confident with all the Samsung phones and explained the differences with each one. He told me about the awesome deal for the Galaxy s6 and I was in love. He helped me pick out all the best accessories, too! Omar really took care of me in a kind and professional manner. I am in love with my new phone and I know its because he helped me find my perfect match.

I cannot say enough about how great Danielle, the store manager is. I walked in having anxiety over my sons broken phone. Within a minute she gave me all the info we needed to get a replacement, had his old phone turned back on while we wait for the new one and upgraded my phone too! Gave us all the attention we needed! Danielle helped me restore my new iphone completely. I broke my old iphone and I could not retrieve all of my data from the old phone. Even though I did not buy the new phone from her store she helped me completely restore my iphone. I would highly recommend Danielle and this store as my go to mobile store.
