I am upset I had to give this place 1 star. Note this is not a Verizon store but a Verizon retailer, huge difference. My wife and I spent 5 hrs in this store between 2 days. First we are told that if we both get galaxy s7s that we would each get $100 store credit. After dealing with an employee in training who was not quite sure on how to do his job (at no fault of his own) I was then told the $100 would be taken of the phone and not used towards the cases we picked out. After disputing the situation with an incredibly arrogant employee (manager) we decided to not pay for the $50 screen protectors. I then asked for the arrogant employees bosss information. He would not give me his number and only his first name. He did however have his boss contact me. After being called by his boss/owner I was even more infuriated. The boss/owner was extremely rude and dismissive. He constantly talked in circles and told me that he can price match the price of the screen protectors but I would have to mention that Verizon carries them online for $25. I then contacted Verizon directly to let them know how appalled I was with this stores Service. Verizon was very understanding and let me know that if our phones were returned within 3 days there is no restocking fee (Verizon policy). So the next day we go back in to return our phones and cases and of course were not welcomed pleasantly. These people lied to us numerous times about fees that would be charged. They told my wife to swipe her credit card so they could refud the cost of the cases. Well they were not refunding anything they were actually trying to charge us the restocking fee we refused to pay since Verizon told us we were not obligated to. My wife actually had to call the bank and cancel get her card because they tried to run numerous charges with out our knowledge. This store has got to have the worst Customer service I have ever experienced and after 10 yrs as a Verizon Customer I had to take my business elsewhere just based on the fact Verizon allows stores like this to operate.

They lie. Typical of a Verizon retailer as opposed to a real Verizon store. They do not have all the phones available through Verizon out, but if you ask for a specific model they will "find it" in the back. They told me my case had a lifetime warranty; it does not. They sell their screen protectors for $50, which I suppose is my fault for buying it but the same model is available for $25 on the companys website. They also charge a fee to "install" your screen protector and case. Will never go back here again. EDIT - Oh, the rep told us they would call on our behalf to get tablets removed from our account. They did not. 2nd edit on 1/12/17: These people are even more the worst than I thought. Turns out they decided to add phone insurance without our permission to multiple lines. I specifically declined the insurance because Ive had it before (purchased through a real Verizon store) and the insurance for phones is useless anyhow. I have not contacted the store manager who answered me below because Im sure hes trying to work some other angle to scam us further.

If I could have given them 0 stars I would have. Terrible customer service. Walked in , two gentleman sitting there neither one even got up, I asked who to go to they were both playing with their phones. Person I finally sat down with didnt even seem to want to help us out. I have legal custody of my mother (documents with me) ,just wanted to switch her broken flip phone to another phone (flip one also)he said he couldnt do anything for me because I wasnt on the account. I offered to call the nursing home and have them wheel my mother to a phone (yes, she is not mobile)he told me that I had to have her present. Not true! I called the legal department at verizon, they said he very well could have done that!! Poor, poor service! Educate your employees! No wonder there was no one in the store!
