My wife was not familiar with the upgrade procedure and although many numbers were written down for her she asked a very simple question, "how much extra will my bill be". The answer was 6 dollars. That was it. However the real answer is 31 dollars as she was currently getting 25 dollars discount with your out of contract current phone. When asked a clear question the answer was not clear. She didnt understand all the numbers quoted which is why she asked the very simple question. Also when asked if this was the same as the corporate store he said exactly the same. This is not actually true. At the corporate store you can trade in the phone without issue. When we went back to discuss this issue he also said that my wife didnt want to trade in her phone at the time but in fact he admitted that she had originally asked that but said instead she could get more by going online. I dont think this is true unless they dont get the same trade in value as a corporate store,, hence see point above. I feel my wife was taken advantage in the interests of making the sale. I personally had a much more thorough experience going direct to a corporate store to upgrade my phone.

I had the pleasure of working with Dave Musacchio when upgrading my phone recently. Dave was great to work with. Walking into any cellular store can be intimidating, and I was upgrading from my slower than ever, iPhone 4 to the 6 (Yes, I know Im late!), which made me that much more nervous. I didnt want to feel like because I "needed" to switch my phone that Id be taken advantage of, and I had the exact opposite experience! Dave was very thoughtful and easy going. He explained every cost along the way and even helped me choose an insurance option that I was comfortable with. I will definitely recommend this location and Dave to any of my friends looking to switch carriers or upgrade phones!

On June 11 my husband and I went to verizon to renew my wireless contract. Dave m spent over an hour helping us with that. he reviewed the old contract and came up with a better one. we got an iPhone 6 and gpad for a great price. Dave spent time setting up both the phone and pad. my husband needed to switch his phone to a prepaid plan. the next day Dave once again spent innumerable times calling and being disconnected by verizon until finally that was resolved. he also spent more time upgrading the road. today he again is helping me. Dave has been one of the most patient and helpful representative and we were fortunate to have had him as our rep.

I came in to verizon in Berwyn to get a new phone. My old one was cracked and broken and not working properly. The store was very clean and organized and all of the employees were very friendly. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered assistance. Didnt have to wait at all. I only came to get a new phone, but left with so much more! Tyler S. was able to provide me with a cheaper monthly bill, a new tablet, and $150 in rebates. I was VERY pleased!! I didnt even spend over the amount that I was planning on spending. Tyler was awesome! Easy to talk to and very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend visiting this store!!

I stopped into the Berwyn Cellular Sales store to upgrade to a smart phone. I was warmly welcomed by all three guys that were working last Thursday which I did not expect with my past experiences at other stores. This was my first trip to a cellular sales store and I could never see going anywhere else. I LOVE the phone I got and with Tylers knowledge and professionalism I cant wait to convert some of my friends to Verizon!!!!! The communication with Tyler has been absolutely unbelievable hes helped me learn my phone right from square one and never ceases to assist a new smart phone dummy like me.

A few weeks ago, I went into the Verizon Shop and got my Fios installed at my home. I must say that my salesman (Tyler S.) out did himself. Not only was he very informative and professional, but he was patient by taking the time to go over all the potential packages with me. We found a package that was perfect for what I needed. He did not try and just sell me on the most expensive package like Ive dealt with in the past over at Comcast. Overall, great experience and I would highly recommend everyone and anyone to take advantage of the stellar customer service over at the Berwyn Verizon Shop.

My family and I visited the store on a recent Sunday afternoon and were immediately greeted by the phenomenally sweet and knowledgable Kelsi. As we were there to set up a new line on our plan for our 11 year old, Kelsi helped us look at all options and was incredibly helpful in getting us into the PERFECT phone for our daughter. We were in an out in about 30 minutes and cannot say enough how pleased we were with the service provided. We are so grateful and will refer all our friends and family to Kelsi at the Berwyn store!

I went into the store after dropping my i6 into the water (oops). Tyler was awesome, he gave me tips for drying my phone out, helped me hook up my old phone to my phone line, and eventually, when my phone dried out (YAY), he helped me reconnect my iphone. What was amazing is that Tyler didnt pressure me into buying a new phone. He explored options with me for if my phone didnt dry, but was very hopeful with me about recovering my phone. Im now working with him on getting Fios in my new apartament. Thanks Tyler!

I had a great experience last week with Dave M! Came in to replace my sons dying phone that was still under contract. Dave quickly found me the most inexpensive way to upgrade the phone, transferred the data and installed the case he helped me pick out. He even had time to talk, and remembered that he had also helped my Husband upgrade about a year ago! I was in and out. Extremely pleased as I usually dread going to Verizon due to past service.

I had to come in here to pay a bill. The first time (Saturday morning at 10:15am), I was ignored when I came in and after 20 minutes, walked out. I came back on Sunday (11:30) and am still waiting to be seen-to pay a bill-while the 2 associates are content to banter back and forth with each other. Poor customer service and long wait times. I should have been in and out of here in 2 minutes.

I walked in a Verizon store to get myphone rebooted, come to find out someone hacked my phone. This guy name Tyler helped me get a new phone and a tablet for a great price. I got all my contacts and media files back too. He made a bad situation turn out to be a good situation because of the zeal and instant rebate. I was happy with the customer service thanks Tyler and Verizon.

Tyler S. Was absolutely the most helpful sales consultant here at the Verizon store in Berwyn. We had many issues that he helped us with. We are most satisfied. My husband and I were going to leave Verizon before we met Tyler. He took care of issues that were not even his fault. There shouldnt ever be a reason to go to another rep. We will be Tyler customer for life.
