It was a long while to wait but I am so beyond happy with my experience at this T-Mobile! Worker, Michael, had helped my mother and I upgrade our phones through the JUMP program and we had a heck of a time figuring everything out. Michael was so patient and understanding. Words can not even describe how thankful I am to have had Michael help us! We spent about 2 hours with him going through all the upgrading and not once did he get frustrated and quit on us. He wouldnt let us leave without a smile on our faces! Yet again, thanks a TON Michael! You rock at your job!! Keep it up!

Inconvenient hours and a staff that makes me question my choice in mobile phone carriers. I had to return a $50 phone, after using it for less than 24 hours--and was charged a $25 restocking fee. When I complained to the shift manager that I felt like I was being screwed and was considering changing carriers, she said "well, sir, youre going to find that every company screws their customers a little. Thats just how business is done these days." UNBELIEVABLE!

My family and I recently switched over from Verizon and we have been very happy with the service! I recommend everyone go to T-Mobile and talk to Mike! He was very nice and was able to explain everything to us in detail. He even provided his email so he could personally handle any questions I had. Everyone there is friendly and helpful we are beyond satisfied!

I visited this store today and set up two iPhone 6 pluses. The customer service was fast and helpful. I was assisted by Michael and the service he provided was excellent and the actual phone service is just as good! I would definitely recommend switching to T-mobile.
