Maybe I caught the guy in an "off" moment but he was pretty rude/snippy with me when I went into the store. He was working alone and there was somebody else in there, so I was just milling around for 5 minutes or so. To his credit he did finally pause to see if I just had a quick question, to which I replied, no, I need to make an insurance claim and get a replacement phone. He then cut me off and said Id have to do it online, it isnt handled in store, to which I responded, oh are you sure, is that a new policy, I have done it in store before (mind you, that was years ago). He got pretty snippy at that point, saying no it isnt new it has been that way as long as hes been an employee, and maybe I should try another store if I dont believe him. I was a bit surprised by his attitude and tone. I thought it was pretty poor customer service. I am now thinking about just trading my device in and upgrading, but I wont be going back to this store to do it.

Avoid working with Micah G, he is not friendly nor helpful. He is abrasive, pushy, charged me a service fee for something he did not provide, and complained to me the whole time I was purchasing my phone about how people in PA are "too sensitive" and how he wants to move back to NYC.
