In my experience, ISPs tend to rake their customers over the coals at just about every opportunity. Because of that, I wasnt expecting a very good experience when I walked into the Waldorf Fios store. So it came as a surprise when, rather than having to work my way through a minefield of exploitative BS and argue with some corporate drone who didnt give a crap if I walked away happy or not, I was treated to one of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Through every step of the signup process, Sean bent over backwards to ensure I got what I needed. I walked out of that place a little less jaded. Im very happy to report that at least for Verizons broadband division, customer satisfaction seems to be a high priority.

First, THIS IS NOT A WIRELESS STORE YALL! 1.) The service is absolutely amazing! The two girls working their are funny, sweet and so friendly. We had katresa and she was so awesome! 2.) We were paying $180 for Comcast and Dish Network... We pay $104 for internet and tv with 2 boxes and DVR with internet 25/25. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!

This place is a rip off. They offer FiOS home internet and TV. They charge large amounts of money to install it and then they never show up to install it... They technicians never do their job properly and they lie about their equipments capability.

Buyer beware! They have the absolute worst customer service, are completely overpriced and make absolutely zero effort to help you as a customer. Inept as a business, reporting to the better business bureau.
