I have been a Verizon customer since 2009. Same phone since then too, the flip phone the Boulder. Well it finally died a few months ago. We had just come off a Very bad experience with another Verizon retailer (at harrisburg mall) lies, tricks etc that you sometimes expect (unfortunately) with big name retailers. I will tell you that is NOT what Kurt at this Verizon store did. I went in skeptical and leery but still needing a new and reliable product. I work a heavy duty job and I needed a phone that can take a beating and I didnt want to get screwed in the price or with surpirse fees etc. Kurt was upfront, no frills and straight talking. I took my time deciding, he was very patient with me. Explained it very clearly several times and in writing begore I committed to a price. Gave me his cell for texting questions, which he did his best to answer even after I bought the phone. Pleased to say a few months later I am still pleased with my purchase and with Kurt. Four stars all just for Kurt at this location. I would have given 5 just for him but it is after all still Verizon and in my experience sales guys like Kurt within Verizon are the minority unfortunately. Thanks again.

Went in planning to switch providers and purchase a new phone and plan. When I arrived there were 4 employees, 3 were helping other customers, 1 was not. I was the only other customer in the store. I waited for 30 minutes but no one acknowledged me, helped me, or told me how long the wait would be. While waiting, one of they employees finished with their customer and went in the back and the other employee who was originally free left as well. Another customer came in at some point, apparently a friend of one of the employees. He was helped to pay his bill and left. After about 40 minutes of no help and no indications that I would get any, I left. I purchased my phone and plan from the Verizon website which seemed easier and and faster.

If there would be "The Highest Reward for Excellence in Customer Service,. It would surely have to go to Kurt of the Verizon office in Hummelstown Pa. The true measurement of excellence in customer service is what the representative does AFTER the customer expects nothing more. Our immediate family uses seven Verizon devices with multiple services. We have been extremely impressed with Kurts genuine caring about our satisfaction as Verizon customers - especially his willingness, and actual encouragement, to contact him, even in his off-duty hours, to serve us. Because of Kurts product knowledge and exemplary customer service we have recommended Verizon to others who have purchased Verizon products and services form him.

My wife and I were long over-due for new cell phones. We contacted Kurt directly and he setup a time to meet that suited our schedule, which was after his shift was over. We were unsure what we wanted, but Kurt was able to explain the pros and cons of each. He recommended a new plan that saved us a bunch of money. A few days following the sale, he followed up to make sure we were happy with our new phones and provide us with some additional tips for both my wife and I. Kurt was awesome, always goes above and beyond. Definitely seek him out if you need anything! This was our second dealing with him and wont use anyone else!

Had very bad expierence with them, salesman Tony activated 80$ unlimited prepaid plan, but after 4 days i found out that he put me at 40$ plan with 3 gb data, my bussiness 100% depends on internet and i had to come back from another city to fix it, anothers. Came here hoping to fix it another salesman was triying to get another 40$ for putting me on 80$ plan for why he did not know also, so i conclude that they do not know their jobs welll, it is so simple to learn everything related to your job and start working. Good luck with this location, will never go again to theese guys.

I went to Verizon because my boyfriend and I wanted to get on our own phone plan and off of our parents. Kurt was extremely helpful in making the transition to Verizon. I am so far very happy with the service and we even switched our cable to Verizon while we were there. Kurt was very knowledgeable and helped us decide what plan would be best for us. I plan to go to this location for any questions we have and I know Kurt will be the person we will talk to in the future!

I just purchased the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus and couldnt have asked for a better experience! Sabrina was incredibly patient and even stayed after hours to make sure all of my questions were answered. She truly has great people skills and wants to make sure her customers are well taken care of. I will definitely go back to her again and will be sure to tell all of my friends to do the same. :)

I was in Hershey, after a family tragedy, and had to reconfigure my cell account. The entire staff was very courteous, while I was in the store. Kurt is extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with. I was confident with the advice I received, while purchasing four new, high quality devices. Went in to get new s7 and after talking to a great represenative. Michael found a phone that better fits me and my lifestyle as well as getting great service and great advice on accesories Im very pleased I switch and would never consider another wireless company thanks to him :)
