I will never go there again. I have been there several times and every single staff member that I have ever dealt with has had a nasty attitude. I have never seen a place with such negative customer service on an overal basis. Sprint needs to take their contract because they are a poor representation of their brand.

I love sprint. Great service great customer service and inexpensive pricing, but this branch is byfar the worst branch is have ever seen. They give sprint a bad name especially one that prides themselves on their customer service. They would be better off as a company by shutting this branch down

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! My friend was completely harassed by one of the staff! Twice! So unprofessional! DONT GO HERE! These people dont know what they are talking about or hardly know their job! I have been a sprint customer for over 8 years. Beyond the worst experience!

Terrible Customer Service!!! The staff is not well trained and I received a $1,000 bill because they failed to turn in my phone after I upgraded to a new one and I received cancellation charges and a charge for the phone. I regret even walking into that store.

Theres another Sprint store in the Bowie Town Center go there instead of this location. Ive been here a few times to fix problems with my phone but they always take an excessive amount of time and are always having problems with the internet.
